Apple has been one of the biggest names on Wall Street for decades. Now, it's finding a place on blockchain too. Instead of going through a traditional brokerage, eligible Binance users can gain exposure to $AAPL bStock, a tokenized version of Apple stock. It isn't a new crypto token or a replacement for Apple shares it's designed to track the value of the underlying stock while bringing it into a digital, blockchain-based format. A few details stood out to me: 🍎 Apple is currently valued at around $4.1 trillion, making it one of the world's most valuable companies. 📈 Apple shares are trading near $275. 🔄 Unlike most cryptocurrencies, AAPL bStock doesn't have a fixed supply. New tokens can be issued or redeemed based on demand and the underlying Apple shares backing the product. To me, this is bigger than just Apple. It's another sign that traditional finance and crypto are gradually merging into the same ecosystem. Do you think tokenized stocks like $AAPL bStock could become as popular as crypto trading in the next few years? #USSolarStocksRisePremarket #BStocks {future}(AAPLUSDT)

A bStock is a token that tracks a real US-listed stock, and each one is backed one-to-one by an actual share held by a regulated custodian. So behind your Nvidia or Tesla bStock, there is a corresponding real share. That backing is the whole point. It is what separates this from the price-only synthetic experiments that fell apart in earlier cycles. The tokens are issued by BTech Holdings, a Binance affiliate, under a prospectus approved in the Abu Dhabi Global Market, which is why access is limited to eligible jurisdictions. Check that it is lawful where you are before trading. What you actually get: price exposure plus economic effects like stock splits and dividend adjustments, handled automatically. What you do not get: direct ownership of the share or voting rights. You are holding a regulated certificate that tracks a stock, not the share itself. Fair structure, but worth knowing exactly. The useful part is how it behaves. It trades 24/7, not just US market hours. You can buy fractions from about $5. And you can withdraw bStocks as BEP-20 tokens to a BNB Smart Chain wallet for self-custody and potential DeFi use. Real backing plus crypto-native access is a genuinely interesting combination. Not financial advice, just worth understanding. If you have tried it, does the "no direct ownership" part change how you use it? @Binance_Earn_Official #bStocks $BNB

bStocks Explained: How Binance Is Bringing Real Stocks On-ChainFor years there was a wall between two kinds of markets. On one side sat crypto, open every hour of every day, settling on-chain, borderless. On the other sat the stock market, with its 9:30-to-4 hours, its brokers, its settlement delays, and its high per-share prices that quietly locked a lot of smaller investors out. If you lived in crypto, buying a share of a US company meant leaving your world and stepping into a slower one. #bStocks is Binance's attempt to knock a door through that wall, and it is worth understanding exactly how it works before you form an opinion on it. What a bStock actually is Start with the plain definition, because the details matter here more than usual. A bStock is a tokenized security. It is a blockchain-based token that tracks the price of a real US-listed stock, and each token is backed one-to-one by an actual underlying share held by a regulated custodian. So when you hold a bStock version of, say, Nvidia or Tesla, there is a corresponding real share sitting with a custodian behind it. This is the distinction that separates bStocks from the synthetic, price-only experiments that failed in earlier cycles. There is real equity behind the token. The tokens are issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate, and they were admitted to trading under a prospectus approved by the regulator in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. That regulatory wrapper is not a footnote. It is the reason this version of tokenized stocks is structured as a compliant certificate rather than an unregulated knock-off, and it also explains why access is limited to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions. Always check whether trading them is lawful where you are before you go near them. What you get, and what you don't Here is the part most people skim, and it is the most important thing in this whole article. A bStock gives you price exposure to the underlying stock and passes through economic effects like stock splits and dividend-related adjustments, which are handled automatically. What it does not give you is direct legal ownership of the share or the shareholder rights that come with it, including voting. In Binance's own words, bStocks are not stocks and do not make you an owner of the underlying company. That is not a scandal. It is the honest structure of the product, and understanding it is the difference between using bStocks well and being surprised later. You are holding a certificate that tracks a stock and is backed by one, not a share certificate itself. If your goal is exposure to the price and the economics, that structure delivers. If your goal is to vote at a shareholder meeting, this is not the tool. The features that make it interesting Set the structure aside and look at what the product actually does differently from a traditional brokerage, because this is where it earns attention. It trades 24/7. Real stocks stop trading when the US market closes; bStocks do not. That matters more than it sounds, because a huge share of demand for these tokens shows up outside normal US market hours, from people in time zones where the opening bell lands in the middle of the night. It is fractional, from as little as $5. A single share of some US companies costs hundreds of dollars, which prices out casual investors. Buying $5 of exposure removes that barrier entirely. It moves at crypto speed. You can convert between bStocks and supported assets like USDT or Bitcoin through Binance Convert, and within the platform that settlement is effectively immediate. On the first batch, Binance also ran zero maker fees for a limited window, and conversions have been offered with zero conversion fees. And it is portable. bStocks can be withdrawn as standard BEP-20 tokens to a BNB Smart Chain wallet, which opens the door to self-custody and, potentially, to using them across DeFi applications. That last point is the genuinely novel part. A tokenized stock that can leave the exchange and live in your own wallet behaves like crypto infrastructure, not like a brokerage entry. What you can actually trade The lineup started small and has grown quickly. The first listings in June included Circle, Micron, Nvidia, Sandisk, and Tesla. Through July the roster expanded to names like Coinbase, Alphabet, Robinhood, IBM, and Nokia. In early August, Binance added another batch, bringing in Apple, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, PayPal, Dell, and even a couple of semiconductor ETFs, with more arriving in waves. The pairs trade against USDT, with conversion into $BNB, Bitcoin, and other supported assets available shortly after each listing. How to think about it If you are new to this, here is the mental model I would use. A bStock is a crypto-native wrapper around a real US stock. It keeps the thing people like about equities, exposure to a real company, and puts it inside the thing people like about crypto, which is always-on, low-friction, self-custodial trading. The trade-off is that you hold a regulated certificate rather than the share itself, so you get the price and the economics without the ownership rights. Whether that trade-off is worth it depends entirely on what you want. For round-the-clock access, fractional sizing, and the ability to move exposure into your own wallet, it is a real step forward. For anyone who specifically needs true share ownership and voting, it is not a substitute. As always, this is not financial advice, and tokenized securities carry market, liquidity, and price-volatility risk, especially outside normal trading hours. That balance, real backing and real utility on one side, a clear-eyed understanding of the structure on the other, is the whole point of learning how bStocks work before deciding whether they fit you. Have you tried tokenized stocks yet, or is the "no direct ownership" part a dealbreaker for you? Curious where people land on this. @Binance_Square_Official #bStocks $BNB

What a bStock actually is
Start with the plain definition, because the details matter here more than usual. Have you traded on #bStocks yet? Over the past year, the crypto market hasn’t been at its best, and many people have become disillusioned… But the market is changing, adapting, and we’re seeing something new emerge. And that something is bStocks – shares. Could we have imagined this just two or three years ago? We wouldn’t even have believed it. But now it’s as simple as shown in the screenshot. I typed it into the search bar, clicked through, and here I am, all the way from Ukraine, a Tesla $TSLAB shareholder. The stock market is right in your pocket.

I used to just dream about something like this.. Stock markets are much more interesting, especially once you get to grips with them.

bStocks Isn’t Just a Stock on a Blockchain The Custody Model Is the Real Story 🔎📈There is a detail about Binance bStocks that is easy to miss if you only look at the trading screen. The token may look like another BEP-20 asset but the important question is not really what the token looks like. It is what sits behind it. Binance’s current documentation says each bStock is backed 1:1 by the corresponding US share held with a regulated custodian. The bStock itself is issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate, and is structured as a Certificate representing certain Financial Instruments under the ADGM framework. That distinction matters because a bStock is not the same thing as directly owning the underlying company’s shares. That changes how I would think about the product. With a normal stock position the brokerage and traditional securities infrastructure sit between you and the market. With bStocks, the underlying share remains in regulated custody while the economic exposure is represented by a blockchain token. The blockchain therefore becomes part of the transfer and trading layer, rather than replacing the underlying regulated custody arrangement. That is a much more interesting design than simply putting stocks on chain. The 1:1 backing is also something users can independently pay attention to. Binance says the collateral backing can be checked through its Proof of Collateral page. In other words, the system is not based on the idea that a token should magically equal a stock because an oracle says so. The underlying share is part of the structure. But there is an important trade-off here. Holding a bStock does not give you the same legal position as holding the company’s ordinary shares directly. Binance explicitly states that bStocks provide exposure to the price performance and certain economic benefits of the underlying stock, but they do not represent direct ownership or shareholder voting rights. That is probably one of the first things anyone researching tokenized equities should understand before looking at the technical advantages. Then the blockchain side starts making more sense. bStocks are BEP-20 tokens on BNB Smart Chain. They can be traded on Binance Spot around the clock and can be withdrawn to compatible BNB Smart Chain wallets. Binance also says the tokens integrate with BEP-677 functionality intended to support real-world assets, which opens the door to potential DeFi usage such as lending or staking where supported. So the real change is not necessarily the asset itself. A share that previously lived inside traditional market infrastructure can now have a blockchain representation that is transferable through a public network and compatible with crypto-native infrastructure. That creates some practical differences. For example, Binance says bStocks generally settle in under a second and trade 24/7 on its Spot market. Fractional exposure can also start from as little as $5. Those features remove some of the traditional friction around market hours, settlement windows and minimum position sizes. Corporate actions are another interesting piece. Dividends are not simply sent to the holder as cash. Binance says the net dividend value is automatically reinvested into the underlying stock, with the bStock balance adjusted through an on-chain mechanism called the Multiplier. Stock splits are handled through the same mechanism by adjusting token balances to reflect the new share ratio. During certain corporate-action processes, conversions and transfers may temporarily pause. That last part is worth noticing because it shows where the “on-chain” story has limits. Blockchain settlement can be fast, but the token still depends on off-chain financial infrastructure. There is an issuer. There is regulated custody. There are conversion rules. There are corporate actions. There are jurisdictional restrictions. So tokenization does not eliminate intermediaries. It changes where and how those intermediaries interact with the asset. There is also a technical limitation that I would not ignore. Binance currently states that bStock deposits and withdrawals use BNB Smart Chain, and transfers remain subject to smart-contract controls, transfer restrictions, sanctions screening and applicable law. Third-party DeFi integrations are also responsible for enforcing geographic restrictions. That means “self-custody” should not be interpreted as “permissionless in every sense.” You can hold the token in a compatible wallet, but the asset still operates inside a regulated securities framework with compliance controls. For me, that is the part of bStocks worth researching more closely. The interesting experiment is not whether a stock price can be represented by a token. That part is already straightforward. The harder question is whether regulated custody, blockchain settlement, programmable token standards and compliance restrictions can coexist without making the system unnecessarily complicated. If that balance works, tokenized equities become more than a different trading interface. They become a new settlement and distribution layer for traditional financial exposure. And that is a much bigger idea than simply trading a stock after market hours. @binance_south_africa @BNB_Chain $TSLAB $AAPL $SPCXB #BStocks #TSLAB

bStocks Isn’t Just a Stock on a Blockchain The Custody Model Is the Real Story 🔎📈

There is a detail about Binance bStocks that is easy to miss if you only look at the trading screen.
That means “self-custody” should not be interpreted as “permissionless in every sense.”
You can hold the token in a compatible wallet, but the asset still operates inside a regulated securities framework with compliance controls.

The Math of Bi-Directional Conversion & The "Zero-Slip" 1:1 Peg Mechanics Let’s look at the actual plumbing of the bStocks conversion engine, because most people are treating this like a standard AMM swap. It’s not. If you’re trading $NVDAB or $TSLAB on the BNB Chain, you aren't just hitting a liquidity pool with a 0.5% slippage tolerance—you’re interacting with a bi-directional certificate mint. When you convert a direct stock holding into a bStock (or vice versa), the friction isn't determined by a DEX price impact; it’s a pure 1:1 parity execution. But you have to account for the settlement gap and the fractional rounding. Let’s say you hold a position in the underlying equity and you want to port it to the BNB Chain for DeFi composability. The Calculation Example ($NVDAB): Principal: 10.5 Shares of Nvidia. Conversion Ratio: 1:1 (Direct Stock to bStock). Price: $120.00 -> Gross Value: $1,260.00. On-Chain Mint: You receive exactly 10.5 NVDAB tokens (BEP-20). The Arbitrage Edge: Because trading is 24/7 on-chain but the underlying asset is locked in T+1/T+2 settlement cycles at the custodian, a price gap can emerge during US market closures. If NVDAB is trading at $125.00 on Binance on a Sunday, but closed at $120.00 on Friday on the Nasdaq, a $5.00 (4.16%) premium exists. If you’re using bStocks as collateral in DeFi, the oracle tracks the 24/7 spot price. If the US market opens Monday at a "gap down" to $115.00, your LTV (Loan-to-Value) ratio could spike instantly. Collateral Value = (Token Balance) × (24/7 Spot Price). Most retail traders ignore the delta between the certificate and the underlying equity during out-of-hours trading. From an auditing perspective, the TSLAB data (99.65% fractional trading) proves the system is absorbing massive amounts of retail micro-volatility that never hits the traditional order books. Watch your LTV if you’re using these as collateral over the weekend. #bstockscis @BinanceCIS #BStocks #defi #RWAS

$500M and Counting: How Binance Tokenized Stocks Became a Real MarketFor decades, investing in U.S. stocks came with limitations. Markets opened and closed on a fixed schedule, international investors faced geographic barriers, and after-hours liquidity was often thin. But tokenized equities are beginning to change that model. Binance's bStocks ecosystem has now surpassed $500 million in assets under management (AUM)—an important milestone, but not because of the headline number alone. The real story lies beneath the surface: a market that is becoming increasingly liquid, efficient, and accessible around the clock. The data suggests that tokenized stocks are no longer simply digital representations of traditional equities. They are evolving into a genuine secondary market that operates alongside Wall Street, extending access well beyond conventional trading hours. Beyond the $500 Million Milestone Half a billion dollars under management is a strong indicator of growing investor confidence, but AUM only tells part of the story. A healthy market isn't defined solely by the amount of capital it holds. It is measured by how efficiently that capital moves, how accurately prices reflect underlying assets, and whether traders can enter and exit positions without significant friction. Today's bStocks ecosystem demonstrates all three. As liquidity deepens, traders are increasingly treating tokenized stocks as an active trading venue rather than simply a long-term holding vehicle. Arbitrage Is Keeping Prices Honest One of the strongest signs of market maturity is the presence of arbitrage. More than $216 million worth of cross-market arbitrage activity has already taken place across bStocks. Why does this matter? Whenever the price of a tokenized stock differs from its underlying U.S. equity, professional traders immediately exploit the price gap. They buy where the asset is cheaper and sell where it is more expensive. This continuous activity serves an important purpose: It keeps tokenized prices closely aligned with the underlying stock. It improves liquidity. It reduces pricing inefficiencies. It benefits every participant—not just arbitrageurs. Instead of being a weakness, arbitrage has become the mechanism that keeps the market efficient. Trading Doesn't Stop When Wall Street Closes Perhaps the most remarkable statistic is this: 58% of total trading volume now occurs while U.S. stock markets are closed. That completely changes how investors interact with equities. Traditional investors must often wait until the next trading session before reacting to: Breaking earnings reportsGlobal macroeconomic newsGeopolitical eventsAI announcementsOvernight market developments Tokenized stocks remove much of that waiting. Global participants can continue trading throughout evenings, weekends, and holidays, allowing markets to react in near real time instead of waiting for the opening bell in New York. For investors across Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America, this represents a major shift in accessibility. Prices Stay Surprisingly Close A common concern surrounding tokenized equities has always been pricing accuracy. Can a tokenized version really track the underlying stock? The evidence is increasingly convincing. Most actively traded bStocks now remain within only a few basis points of their corresponding U.S. equities. That level of precision is possible because several market mechanisms work together: Continuous arbitrageDeepening liquidityReal-time price discoveryProfessional market makersEfficient order matching The result is a trading experience that closely mirrors traditional equity markets despite operating in a blockchain-native environment. Retail Investors Gain Institutional Advantages Historically, many institutional trading advantages were unavailable to retail participants. Access was limited by: Market hoursGeographic restrictionsBrokerage availabilitySettlement delaysHigher capital requirements Tokenized equities begin removing many of these barriers. Retail investors can gain exposure to globally recognized companies through a blockchain-based infrastructure that emphasizes accessibility and continuous availability. This represents more than digitization. It represents a structural improvement in market access. Why Liquidity Matters More Than Headlines Every new financial innovation reaches an important turning point. Initially, people ask: "Does this technology work?" Later, they ask: "Can people actually use it?" The growth of bStocks suggests that tokenized equities have entered the second phase. Increasing liquidity attracts more participants. More participants improve price discovery. Better pricing encourages additional trading. That creates a positive feedback loop that strengthens the overall market. In financial markets, liquidity often becomes the strongest competitive advantage. What Comes Next? If the current trajectory continues, tokenized equities could evolve far beyond simply mirroring traditional stocks. Future developments may include: Greater global participation across time zonesBroader selections of tokenized assetsDeeper liquidity poolsMore sophisticated trading strategiesIncreased integration between traditional finance and blockchain infrastructure As adoption grows, tokenized markets may increasingly complement—not replace—traditional exchanges by extending access beyond the limits of conventional trading hours. Final Thoughts The $500 million AUM milestone is impressive, but it isn't the most important metric. The real achievement is the emergence of a market that behaves like a mature financial ecosystem. With $216 million in arbitrage activity, 58% of trading occurring outside U.S. market hours, and prices tracking their underlying equities within mere basis points, tokenized stocks are demonstrating characteristics once reserved for established financial markets. $500M and Counting: How Binance Tokenized Stocks Became a Real Market

For decades, investing in U.S. stocks came with limitations.
Beyond the $500 Million Milestone
Half a billion dollars under management is a strong indicator of growing investor confidence, but AUM only tells part of the story.
Arbitrage Is Keeping Prices Honest
One of the strongest signs of market maturity is the presence of arbitrage.
This continuous activity serves an important purpose:
It keeps tokenized prices closely aligned with the underlying stock. It improves liquidity. It reduces pricing inefficiencies. It benefits every participant—not just arbitrageurs.
Instead of being a weakness, arbitrage has become the mechanism that keeps the market efficient.
Trading Doesn't Stop When Wall Street Closes
Perhaps the most remarkable statistic is this:
58% of total trading volume now occurs while U.S. stock markets are closed.
That completely changes how investors interact with equities.
Traditional investors must often wait until the next trading session before reacting to:
Breaking earnings reportsGlobal macroeconomic newsGeopolitical eventsAI announcementsOvernight market developments
Tokenized stocks remove much of that waiting.
Global participants can continue trading throughout evenings, weekends, and holidays, allowing markets to react in near real time instead of waiting for the opening bell in New York.
For investors across Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America, this represents a major shift in accessibility.
Prices Stay Surprisingly Close
A common concern surrounding tokenized equities has always been pricing accuracy.
Can a tokenized version really track the underlying stock?
The evidence is increasingly convincing.
Most actively traded bStocks now remain within only a few basis points of their corresponding U.S. equities.
That level of precision is possible because several market mechanisms work together:
Continuous arbitrageDeepening liquidityReal-time price discoveryProfessional market makersEfficient order matching
The result is a trading experience that closely mirrors traditional equity markets despite operating in a blockchain-native environment.
Retail Investors Gain Institutional Advantages
Historically, many institutional trading advantages were unavailable to retail participants.
Access was limited by:

Tokenized equities begin removing many of these barriers.
Retail investors can gain exposure to globally recognized companies through a blockchain-based infrastructure that emphasizes accessibility and continuous availability.
This represents more than digitization.
It represents a structural improvement in market access.
Why Liquidity Matters More Than Headlines
Every new financial innovation reaches an important turning point.
Initially, people ask:

"Can people actually use it?"
The growth of bStocks suggests that tokenized equities have entered the second phase.
Increasing liquidity attracts more participants.
More participants improve price discovery.
Better pricing encourages additional trading.
That creates a positive feedback loop that strengthens the overall market.
In financial markets, liquidity often becomes the strongest competitive advantage.

If the current trajectory continues, tokenized equities could evolve far beyond simply mirroring traditional stocks.

With $216 million in arbitrage activity, 58% of trading occurring outside U.S. market hours, and prices tracking their underlying equities within mere basis points, tokenized stocks are demonstrating characteristics once reserved for established financial markets.

One of the most common misconceptions about tokenized assets is confusing direct equity ownership with 1:1 collateralized certificates. Understanding this structural boundary is key to evaluating bStocks. When you buy traditional stocks through a Web2 broker, you receive direct equity along with voting rights, shareholder proxy forms, and corporate governance obligations. But that package comes with heavy friction: US securities paperwork, local banking rails, restricted trading hours, and high account minimums. Binance bStocks strip away that friction by design. Issued by BTech Holdings, bStocks are structured as certificates backed 1:1 by the underlying share. Here is why this distinction matters: Pure Price & Economic Exposure: You capture 1:1 value movement and economic rights without taking on shareholder administrative bloat. No Voting Rights = Zero Friction: Giving up proxy voting is what enables 24/7 continuous trading, $5 fractional entry, and instant T+0 settlement. BEP-20 Architecture: Because these are certificates on the BNB Chain, you gain self-custody freedom—allowing you to hold $SPCXB in your own Web3 wallet. This isn't a compromise; it’s an optimization. Tokenization isn't trying to clone legacy brokerage accounts; it's building a faster, borderless alternative. Do you value shareholder voting rights, or do you prefer 24/7 liquid execution? @BinanceCIS #bStocksCIS #bStocks #RWA #BinanceSquare

But that package comes with heavy friction: US securities paperwork, local banking rails, restricted trading hours, and high account minimums.

Binance bStocks strip away that friction by design.

Issued by BTech Holdings, bStocks are structured as certificates backed 1:1 by the underlying share.

Here is why this distinction matters:

Pure Price & Economic Exposure: You capture 1:1 value movement and economic rights without taking on shareholder administrative bloat.
