One tiny transfer detail can matter more than your entire trade thesis. Most people stress over entries and exits, then lose money doing the “easy” part: moving coins around. Wrong network, missing memo, bad approval, or sending $USDT to an unsupported address can turn a simple transfer into a very expensive lesson. The thing I’m paying more attention to now is transaction setup, not just price. Before moving assets, check the chain twice: $USDT on BNB Smart Chain is not the same as $USDT on Ethereum. Same ticker, different rails. If the receiving side doesn’t support that network, your funds may not show up at all. Also watch memos/tags and contract approvals. Some assets need an extra memo to credit correctly, and some DeFi approvals give contracts permission to spend far more than you intended.
