先说数据：

今天BNB $ 571.98，一周前差不多 $ 590，跌了不到2%。一个月前？$ 630附近。等于说一个月下来跌了将近10%，但这一周稳住了。

几个信号我盯着的：

市场恐惧指数30，历史上FNG到这位置，BTC占比到56%，往往是大资金开始悄悄研究的时候。为啥？散户都在观望，机构在找机会。BNB从高点回撤了58%，搁我以前做贸易的经验，这种幅度已经进入长线资金会瞄两眼的价格区了。

但有个问题——成交量太低了。说明市场在等，不是看空，是不想动。这种时候最容易骗人，可能突然一根针下去，也可能直接拉起来。我这周没追，仓位没动。

预判准不准？我上周说548-572区间可以布局，BNB确实在558这里撑住了。但没能快速反弹，力度比我预期的弱。实话说当时我以为会有更好的位置接，结果没给。

下周盯什么？第一看成交量能不能放出来，不放量别指望突破。第二看$ 558能不能守住，这是底线。第三看BTC那边有没有大动作，BNB独立性其实没大家想的那么强。

【ZEC这个位置，像极了2017年的自己】

2017年下半年，有段时间市场也是半死不活，主流币都在阴跌，山寨更惨。那时候大家都在等，都在观望，但有几只币悄悄开始筑底。

ZEC现在给我的就是这种感觉。

先说数据，$ 501，24小时涨了2%，但一周还是跌了5%。多空谁都没占上风。成交量也不行，大家都在看戏，等着别人先动手。

但有意思的来了——恐惧贪婪指数才30，整个市场怕得要死，可ZEC没跟着继续崩，反而在$ 500附近稳住了。这种"大家都慌，但它不跌"的走势，我2017年见过不少次。

还有一点，ZEC从高点跌了84%。这意味着什么？意味着该跑的早跑了，剩下的是被深套的和新进来的。估值是真的低，低到我都想多看两眼。

当然，低归低，低不代表马上涨。我见过太多"估值低但继续跌"的例子。所以我的判断是：未来7天大概率在$ 478到$ 520之间晃荡，方向选择还没到时间。跌破$ 478我认，突破$ 520再说。

2017年下半年，主流币都在横，上下磨叽了大半个月，所有人都在问"到底往哪走"。结果呢？后来走了一波大行情，但先走了一波诱多再砸，然后才真正启动。

现在AVAX这个位置，我看着就熟悉——价格不动，情绪低迷，成交量还活着。这不就是教科书级别的"方向选择前奏"？
