The best leaders also use it to reset.
One habit has consistently improved my productivity:
I never start a new week without reviewing my business systems.
Every Sunday, I spend 20 minutes answering these five questions:
1️⃣ What generated the biggest results this week?
Focus on what moved the business forward.
2️⃣ What consumed time without creating value?
Identify distractions and eliminate them.
3️⃣ Which workflow should become an SOP?
If you've repeated a task multiple times, document it.
4️⃣ What can AI genuinely improve next week?
Use AI to support proven processes—not replace thinking.
5️⃣ What are my Top 3 priorities for Monday?
Decide before the week begins.
The businesses that scale aren't built on motivation.
They're built on repeatable systems, consistent reviews, and small improvements made every week.
One better decision every Sunday can completely change your Monday.
Create a recurring 20-minute Sunday Review in your calendar. Every week, improve just one workflow instead of trying to fix everything at once.
Starting Monday without documented priorities. When everything feels urgent, it's difficult to focus on the work that creates the most impact.
This weekly review process is why I created the AI Automation SOP Library—a practical collection of AI workflows and SOP templates designed to help entrepreneurs build organized, scalable businesses.
If you're serious about building systems instead of relying on memory, explore the library here:
