I locked BTC into an Aave v4 spoke on testnet last weekend... and honestly, it felt weird not handing over my coin to anyone.
I've borrowed against wrapped BTC before. Always that quiet worry in the back of my head... is this token actually backed 1:1 right now, or am I trusting a bridge I've never audited.
