A stronger DXY can squeeze risk assets by making dollar liquidity more expensive. Traders should therefore watch DXY, U.S. Yields and BTC together than looking at BTC alone.

A big change in U.S. Regulation is bringing prediction markets into the focus.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission or CFTC has sent two rule proposals about event contracts to the White House for review.

Another proposal would keep casino-style gambling products out of the swap definition. That could mean these types of products aren’t treated the same as derivatives.

Bitcoin also went up by, around 42.7% while spot Ether ETFs got $3.05B and XRP ETFs added $308M.

The last day had a $149M outflow but the quarterly flows were still very positive.

📉 Higher yields can lead to a discount rate for riskier assets.

🌊 Liquidity can get tighter in both stocks and crypto.

For traders I am keeping an eye on US10Y. Dxy and BTC price movement and funding and open interest together instead of just looking at BTC by itself.

⏳ The last validator exits are expected on October 7 while getting the funds back and joining again could take up to 45 days.

💰 During this time the validators might miss out on staking rewards. Could have penalties because of being offline.
