🚨 Greek Police Bust Crypto Scam Ring — 17 Arrested Greek authorities have dismantled an alleged criminal organization accused of running a cryptocurrency investment fraud scheme, with 17 people arrested following a months-long investigation. According to Greek Police, the group had allegedly been operating since at least 2025 through legitimate-looking companies and an online platform. The scheme reportedly attracted investors with promises of doubling their money within 50 days and encouraged participants to bring in additional investors — a structure resembling a pyramid scheme. Authorities estimate the group’s illicit gains at around $8 million. Investigators identified 18 victims who had invested a combined €55,970 through the platform. Police also seized computers, phones, storage devices, bank cards and approximately €295,090 in cash during coordinated raids across several parts of Greece. 💡 The lesson for crypto investors: If someone promises guaranteed or extremely fast returns — especially while asking you to recruit more people — treat it as a major red flag. Crypto can offer opportunities, but no legitimate investment can guarantee unrealistic returns. #CryptoNews #Cryptoscam #bitcoin #greekpolicebustcryptoscamringarrest17 #BinanceSquare $BTC $ETH $BNB
