How to Participate

  • The first 10,000 new users who register for a Binance account via the Halving Horizon welcome gift link  and complete identity verification during the Activity Period will each qualify for a welcome gift — a guaranteed share of $50,000 in BTC, valued at 0.00005 BTC to 0.0001 BTC each. 

  • New users who miss out on the welcome gift are also welcome to sign up for a Binance account using the “HALVING24” referral code or this referral link. These new users will each receive 10% off their spot trading fees after successful identity verification.

Terms & Conditions:

  • These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern users’ participation in this Halving Horizon Activity (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions. 

  • In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Activity Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail, followed by the  following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice.

  • Only users from qualified regions who complete KYC by the end of the Activity Period shall be eligible for any rewards.

  • Halving Horizon welcome gifts will be distributed automatically upon qualified registration. Eligible users should complete KYC before 2024-04-14 23:59 (UTC) to claim the gift. 

    • Please login to Binance App and check your welcome gift received by going to Account  Center > More Service > Gift & Campaign > My Gifts. Read Terms and Conditions of Using Binance Gifts to learn more.

    • Users can only trade the tokens received from the welcome gift. The tokens cannot be withdrawn from the user’s account until the user reaches 50 USDT equivalent in total trading volume across any spot and margin trading pairs after receiving the welcome gift.

    • Upon completion of KYC and accumulation of the required total trading volume, tokens from the welcome gift will be unlocked and can be withdrawn by users starting from 07:00 (UTC) on the next day.

  • Those who register for a Binance account using the “HALVING24” referral code or this referral link before 2024-04-14 23:59 (UTC), will each receive 10% off their spot trading fees after successful identity verification.

    • The 10% spot trading fee discount will remain valid as long as the Binance referral program is in place. 

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk registered accounts, self dealing, or market manipulation).

  • Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
