The CEO of Fantom Foundation is slated to be the first speaker at the North American Bitcoin Conference. The event is slated to start at 10:10 am EST and Fantom Foundation said it would make the video available.
Fantom is building a programmable platform on a directed acyclic-graph-based distributed ledger. Fantom uses an asynchronous byzantine fault-tolerant Proof-of-Stake consensus mechanism called "Lachesis" and integrated with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and the Web3JS stack.
FTM is down by 4% so far today and is currently trading at $3.08 per coin.
