$CYBER has some interesting moves.
It rose 2.95% in 15m, with volume surging to 5.96x, a Z-score of 2.64, and the closing price breaking above the highs of the last 20 5m candles. This move broke through the boundaries of its recent range.
The key is OI: +4.05% in 15m, +5.23% in 1h, at the 99.6th percentile for anomalies and ranked
#1 across the entire pool. The notional change was 257K—not huge—but with price rising, an aggressive trade imbalance of +6.0%, and a buy/sell ratio of 1.13, the structure looks more like new leveraged longs coming in to drive the move than a short squeeze.
Funding rates are already at a high percentile for the recent period. Longs are lining up to get in, and funding is starting to look a little overheated.
24h trading volume is 10.56M, and the pool is shallow. OI ranks first across the pool for anomalies but
#25 by notional, which means the multiple has surged sharply, while the absolute size is still not that large. A small pool plus a high-percentile anomaly can shoot up fast—and turn back just as fast.
I’m watching to see whether it can hold above this breakout level. If it can’t, the new longs up there will be fuel.
