Tonight, my Binance Alpha order made over 400 U in profit. Before the event, I checked my points and had only 51. I don’t understand why I didn’t have 60 points—maybe it had something to do with moving my collateral assets around. What’s missed is missed; I’ll wait for the next opportunity.
Now, about Bitcoin. I got my initial prediction for this bear market wrong. I thought it would drop as hard as it did in previous cycles, but in the end it only fell by around 50%. It took me a while to realize that this cycle has been heavily influenced by U.S. policy and institutional money, so its trajectory is completely different from previous cycles.
The market is now completely controlled by the U.S. Institutions have accumulated so much Bitcoin that they simply can’t dump it all at once—their logic is completely different from that of retail investors like us. If they really did dump it all at once, the market’s limited depth couldn’t withstand it. Take MicroStrategy, for example: if it dumped 100,000 Bitcoin at once, BTC could plunge by over 30%, and the price would collapse. The value of its remaining holdings would also shrink dramatically, so doing that would hurt them without benefiting them.
A typical move for institutions is to use their Bitcoin as collateral to borrow money while keeping the coins in their own hands. That effectively locks up a huge amount of Bitcoin for the long term, keeping it out of circulation and naturally pushing the price higher. So, looking at the long term, Bitcoin still has a lot of room to grow.
Anyway, I have a clear view of things: BTC will eventually reach $200,000 or even higher—it’s only a matter of time. As for the
#CRCL I’m holding, I’m even more convinced that when BTC rises, crypto-related U.S. stocks will soar right along with it.
