Stop overcomplicating your charts. If you’re drowning in indicators, you’re just inviting noise. Real edge comes from mastering the basics and trading the confluence.
Here are the 3 pillars I use to dissect $BTC price action before I even think about an entry:
1️⃣ **EMA (Exponential Moving Average): The Trend Engine** 📈
Forget the 50/200 crossover for a second. Use the 21 EMA to gauge momentum on lower timeframes. If price is holding above the 21, don't try to catch a falling knife. Wait for the retest, look for the **order block rejection**, and ride the trend. If we’re below it? You’re just fading the inevitable.
2️⃣ **RSI (Relative Strength Index): The Exhaustion Signal** ⚡
Don't just look for "overbought/oversold." That’s amateur hour. Look for **RSI Divergence**. When price sweeps the lows but the RSI prints a higher low, that’s your hidden bullish divergence—a prime setup for a massive reversal. Use it to time your exits before the dump hits.
3️⃣ **MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence): The Momentum Shift** 🔄

My take: I wouldn't chase a short here because RSI is extremely oversold. I want to see whether $1.0317 holds and gives a bounce, or whether sellers finally break it.
Key level: $1.0378. Reclaim it = bulls have something to work with. Lose $1.0317 = bearish continuation becomes more likely.
