Две недели копитрейдинга Hyperliquid свинг-трейдеров на Binance Futures. Честные цифры, без выборочного подбора.

📈 +31,1 % за 15 дней ($4,593 → $6,021) на демо-аккаунте.
📉 Максимальная просадка −15,8 %. Да, большую часть времени мы были ниже пика.

Что на самом деле сделала «машина»:
• следила за 56 кошельками, держала 28 (скальперы и HFT-боты вылетели — они только подкармливают комиссии биржи);
• обработала 13 295 master fills → выполнила 4 190 ордеров, пропустила 9 053 по правилам (иностранные позиции, минимальный размер, лимиты);
• торговала 134 парами, 131 «нога» всё ещё открыта;
• комиссии: $106. Проскальзывание относительно master-цены: ~ $424. Главный враг — трение, а не рынок.

Неприятная часть: только 44 % закрытых «ног» были в плюсе. Средний выигрыш +$34, средний убыток −$11. Соотношение 3:1 — то, что держит кривую, а не высокая точность.

Уроки, которые нас удивили:
1. Мастера не переключаются при падениях. Когда BTC просел на 2 %+, их чистая экспозиция почти не изменилась. Стоп-лоссов в пуле нет.
2. Просадка приходит из 3–4 мастеров, которые держат long по BTC/ETH/AAVE, а не из «рынка».
3. Hedging beta сократил бы доходность на 40 % почти без снижения просадки. Мы этого не делали.

Сегодня тот же движок запущен на реальные деньги. Каждый новый сигнал, каждое закрытие (и победы, и поражения) будут публиковаться здесь по мере наступления, плюс ежедневная доска результатов.
