BitMart has decided to gradually wind down its trading platform after evaluating market conditions and future strategy. BitMart suspended new registrations, deposits, and trading orders at 01:30 UTC on July 26, shortly after announcing its wind-down plan. Remaining futures positions may be settled according to the platform’s applicable mark price, index price, or settlement rules. BitMart Earn, Staking, Lending, and Launchpad services will be phased out over time.
BitMart will formally cease trading platform operations on January 31, 2027, while users will retain limited access to accounts and withdrawals. The exchange urges users to complete verification, close positions, and submit withdrawal requests before August 26. Some withdrawals may require compliance reviews, including KYC, security checks, risk assessments, Travel Rule compliance, and sanctions screening, with processing times varying due to volume.
