🚨 XRP Ledger’s Next Upgrade Could Be a Big Step for Payments 👀

A major upgrade is getting closer for the XRP Ledger.
Batch V1.1 is designed to let up to eight linked transactions succeed together or fail together. This could make things like token swaps, customer payments, and platform fees much easier to execute safely.

The feature has also gone through additional security reviews after serious issues were found in the earlier version. RippleX says commercial projects are already under contract or in development around the technology.
💭 My view: The interesting part isn’t just the upgrade itself. If businesses actually start using this functionality at scale, it could strengthen the XRP Ledger’s role in payments and tokenized assets.

🚨 NYSE Has Been Testing Avalanche Technology 👀

A potentially important development for AVAX and blockchain adoption:

The New York Stock Exchange has reportedly spent the past year testing Avalanche technology and working with Ava Labs to explore how it could fit into the exchange’s systems.

NYSE is developing infrastructure for the future trading and settlement of tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs, subject to regulatory approval.

However, one important clarification: NYSE has not officially selected Avalanche for its tokenized-securities platform. The exchange is still evaluating blockchain infrastructure.

💭 My view: The interesting part is that one of the world’s major financial exchanges is actively testing blockchain technology for tokenization.
