It is estimated that users may start depositing TIA at around 2023-10-31 14:00 (UTC) in preparation for trading
Withdrawal for TIA is tentatively set to open at 2023-11-01 16:00 (UTC)

 In addition, Binance will add TIA as a new borrowable asset with this new margin pair on Isolated Margin, within 48 hours from 2023-10-31 16:00 (UTC).

The Seed Tag will be applied to TIA. TIA is a relatively new token that poses a higher than normal risk, and as such will likely be subject to high price volatility.
