This promotion is open to all users who list fixed-price NFTs from the following blue-chip NFT collections for sale at Binance NFT Marketplace during the promotion period:

• Bored Ape Yacht Club, Mutant Ape Yacht Club, 10KTF, CLONE X - X TAKASHI MURAKAMI, Otherdeed for Otherside, Azuki, Moonbirds, Doodle, RENGA, and Pudgy Penguins

A snapshot of the three lowest-priced NFT listings for each eligible blue-chip NFT collection will be taken daily during the promotion period. Please note that the NFT listings have to be listed on Binance NFT Marketplace for more than 24 hours to be captured in the daily snapshot.

Users who hold these eligible NFT listings may then each qualify for a VIP+1 Upgrade Voucher reward only when the price of their NFT listing is less than or equal to 1.1 times the NFT Floor Price of the corresponding blue-chip NFT collection. With the VIP+1 Upgrade Voucher reward, eligible NFT holders will stand to enjoy VIP benefits that are available to accounts that are up to the VIP 3 level for 30 days. There are 330 VIP+1 Upgrade Vouchers up for grabs for this promotion.

• NFT rewards for Promotion B will be distributed within two weeks after the promotion ends. Users can find their NFTs via Binance NFT Marketplace > Profile > Collected NFTs.
• Promotion C:
  • To qualify for rewards, users must list fixed-price NFTs from eligible blue-chip NFT collections for sale at Binance NFT Marketplace. NFT listings on third-party platforms will not count toward the reward requirements of this promotion.
  • NFT holders may qualify for a VIP+1 Upgrade Voucher reward only if the price of their NFT listing is one of the three lowest-priced NFT listings from an eligible blue-chip NFT collection, and the price of their NFT listing is less than or equal to 1.1 times the NFT Floor Price of the corresponding blue-chip NFT collection.
  • Please note that the NFT listings have to be listed on Binance NFT Marketplace for more than 24 hours to be captured in the daily snapshot.
  • If there are multiple users who list the lowest-priced NFTs from an eligible NFT collection on Binance NFT Marketplace at the same price, and the price of their NFT listings are also less than or equal to 1.1 times the NFT Floor Price of the NFT collection, the user(s) who list the NFT(s) at an earlier time will qualify for rewards, where applicable. 
  • Each user is eligible for a maximum of one VIP Upgrade Voucher reward only. VIP Upgrade Vouchers will be distributed within two weeks after the promotion ends. You will be able to login and redeem your voucher via Account > Reward Center.
  • The validity period of the VIP Upgrade Voucher will be 14 days from the day of distribution. Learn how to redeem a VIP Upgrade Voucher.
  • Users may reach a maximum VIP Level of VIP 3 after redeeming the VIP Upgrade Voucher. Please visit VIP Fee Structure or User Center to check your current VIP level.
• Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants showing signs of fraudulent behavior immediately.
• Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be illegally bulk registered accounts.
• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending these Promotions, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
