These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern users’ participation in the "It’s Still Early for Crypto" Campaign (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Activity Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail, followed by the following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice.
Only users from qualified regions who complete KYC and fulfill the respective qualification requirements from promotion(s) under the "Its Still Early for Crypto" Campaign by the end of the Promotion Period, shall be eligible for any rewards from the corresponding promotion(s).

First-Trade Reward
If users join other ongoing promotions that reward new traders for completing their first trades, they will only receive the reward from the first promotion they participated in where applicable.
USDC rewards will be distributed in the form of token vouchers within three weeks after the promotion ends. Users will be able to login and redeem their token voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub.
The validity period for the token voucher is set at 14 days from the day of distribution. Learn how to redeem a voucher.
Vouchers must be redeemed before expiry. If a voucher is not claimed before its expiry, then it will be void and no replacement voucher nor other reward will be provided.
Social & Community Activities
By entering or participating, each entrant or participant agrees to the above terms and conditions and the decisions of Binance, which are final and binding in all respects. In addition, all entrants or participants grant Binance permission to use their entries for promotional and marketing purposes.
To enter the social and community promotion(s), users are required to follow the mechanics in the post(s) referring to this promotion on X, Instagram, Telegram, Discord and/or WhatsApp. USDC token vouchers will be distributed according to the terms specified in each promotion post.

New User Welcome Incentive
Non-Binance users may click here to register for a Binance account and get a 10% spot trading fee discount after completing account verification, where applicable. The 10% spot trading fee discount will remain valid as long as the Binance referral program is in place.
Users who successfully register for a Binance account may qualify for welcome rewards by completing tasks available at the Rewards Hub within 14 days after registration.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations, risk accounts, self dealing, or market manipulation).
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.
