Binance NFT Marketplace Launches the Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFT Collection via Subscription Mechanism

Binance NFT Marketplace is excited to present the Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFT Collection! A total of 500 Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFTs is available in this collection. The launch of the collection will follow the BNB Prerequisite, as part of the Subscription Mechanism. 

Starting from 2023-05-01 00:00 (UTC), users can participate in the NFT primary sale for the Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFT Collection. By holding a Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFT, users can gain access to the new Racer Club GameFi platform, which will be launched soon.

Subscription Mechanism Timeline and Details

1. Preparation Phase — 2023-05-01 00:00 (UTC) to 2023-05-03 02:00 (UTC)

Users are required to fulfill the BNB Prerequisite during the Preparation Phase to participate in the NFT primary sale for the Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFT Collection. Those who meet the minimum daily average BNB holding of 0.1 BNB during the Preparation Phase will be eligible to participate in the NFT primary sale. 

2. Subscription Phase — 2023-05-03 02:00 (UTC) to 2023-05-04 09:00 (UTC)

Qualified users will proceed to the subscription, where they will be allocated participation tickets to join the sale. Each qualified user can only receive five participation tickets for the NFT primary sale when they meet the BNB Prerequisite.

During this phase, users are required to submit the participation tickets to the NFT primary sale by clicking [Subscribe for Ticket(s)]. Only users who submit and subscribe their tickets will be qualified to participate in the sale.

Each committed participation ticket will mean that 0.1 ETH will be locked, and this will only be refunded at the end of the Distribution Phase for those who do not receive a winning ticket. 

As users can only use the available ETH balance in their Spot wallets to complete the subscription, they should ensure that they have sufficient ETH in their Spot wallets before subscribing their participation tickets.

3. Calculation Phase — 2023-05-04 09:00 (UTC) to 2023-05-04 12:00 (UTC)

The system will select winning tickets from all committed participation tickets in a fair and square manner. A winning ticket allows the user to purchase a Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFT in the NFT primary sale at 0.1 ETH.

4. Distribution Phase — 2023-05-04 12:00 (UTC)

Users who hold winning participation tickets will be able to purchase Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFTs in the NFT primary sale and the ETH equivalent will be deducted accordingly. Purchased NFTs will be automatically distributed to users’ accounts, and users can find their NFTs via Binance NFT Marketplace > My NFTs > Collected.

Users who do not hold winning participation tickets will have their ETH automatically returned to their Spot wallets.

• Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFTs can be listed on Binance NFT Marketplace’s secondary market after the end of the Distribution Phase at 2023-05-04 12:00 (UTC).

• Users are required to complete identity verification in order to list and trade NFTs on Binance NFT Marketplace. 

• Users can find their NFTs via Binance NFT Marketplace > My NFTs > Collected. Details on users’ NFT transactions may also be found via Binance NFT > My NFTs > History.

• Please Note: The rights associated with holding Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFTs are determined and provided by Racer Club Labs. Binance NFT Marketplace is merely a platform where users can purchase and transact the NFTs and is not responsible or liable for providing the rights associated with holding Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFTs.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants showing signs of fraudulent behavior immediately.

• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this activity, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
