Raiser.co, a crypto accelerator founded by ex-Binance team leader Kori Leon, has introduced the Fair Community Offering (FCO), a new investment model that rewards dedicated and engaged community members with opportunities to invest in early-stage projects. This model is a departure from popular crypto fundraising methods like ICOs, IEOs, and IDOs. FCOs encourage passion-driven investors who share a project's long-term vision and values to invest, using a gamified ranking system to reward user engagement and knowledge.
The first project to benefit from Raiser's FCO will be the Binance and Visa-backed web3 entertainment platform Playbux. Raiser aims to support both the community and centralized exchanges by rewarding active community members and assisting exchanges in their strategic decisions. The new model is expected to create a healthier environment that helps curb selling pressure on centralized exchanges.
