#CryptoLiquidationsReach$330MInADay
Ninety minutes ago I published a post listing seven coins that "cleared my liquidity floor" tonight. One of them was UTK.
UTK has not traded on Binance spot since 14 April 2026.
That is my error, it is in a post that is still live, and this is the correction. What I found while digging into it is worth more than the apology, so let me give you both.

⚠️ WHAT WENT WRONG
My scanner ranks Binance spot pairs by 24h percentage gain and then applies a liquidity floor — a coin must be doing at least $2M of 24h volume before I will even look at it. UTK showed +16.23% on $10.21M of volume. It sailed through.
The number was a ghost. Binance's 24h ticker endpoint keeps serving the **final rolling window** of a delisted symbol indefinitely. UTK's last real candle is 110 days old. The $10.21M is the volume from the day it was delisted, frozen in place and re-served every second since.
I checked the rest of tonight's board against the exchange's own symbol status. Seven names came back as halted or delisted, still publishing gainer numbers:
🔴 PNT — shows "+45.2%" — last traded 3 April 2024
🔴 WAVES — shows "+12.0%" — last traded 17 June 2024
🔴 MDX — shows "+13.5%" — last traded 22 July 2024
🔴 CLV — shows "+14.0%" — last traded 24 February 2025
🔴 CREAM — shows "+65.4%" — last traded 16 April 2025
🔴 KDA — shows "+17.6%" — last traded 12 November 2025
🔴 UTK — shows "+16.2%" — last traded 14 April 2026
PNT has been showing the world a 45% daily gain for 851 days.

📌 THE SECOND CORRECTION
In that same post I used CREAM as my example of a dangerously thin market: "+65% on $276K of volume — that is not demand, it is an absence of sellers."
The point about thin books stands. CREAM was the wrong example. There is no book at all. It stopped trading fifteen months ago.

🎯 WHY THIS SHOULD MATTER TO YOU
If you sort by "top gainers" anywhere — the exchange app, a screener, a bot, a Telegram signal channel — ask yourself whether that tool checks symbol status. Most do not. It is one extra API call and almost nobody makes it.
A delisted symbol frozen at +65% is the most attractive-looking row on any gainers list. It will sit at the top of that list forever. And you cannot buy it, cannot sell it, and there is no market on the other side.
The fix in my own scanner: every symbol is now verified as actively TRADING against the exchange's symbol registry before it is ranked. If that check fails, the scan aborts rather than guessing.

📅 AND THE PART THAT DIDN'T CHANGE
Four coins went through my full research gate tonight. All four were rejected — and, awkwardly for a month like this one, three of them for the same reason.
**HOME** — best-scoring chart on the board (+34% today, $20M of genuinely real volume). Rejected: 194.88M tokens unlock around 10 August, 4.56% of circulating supply, roughly $1.5M against a ~$33M market cap. Core Contributor and Early Backer tranches included.
**NIGHT** — rejected: 19.5M unlock on 7 August. Small in dollar terms, but the last seven monthly unlocks were followed by an average 20.8% drawdown inside eleven days. July's was 51.3%.
**HYPER** — rejected: multi-pool unlock around 22–23 August, with roughly $39.7M still locked against a ~$22.8M market cap. Locked supply is 1.7x the entire circulating value. It also set an all-time low three days ago and I could find no verifiable catalyst for the bounce.
**UTK** — rejected: see above. It is not a coin, it is a memory.

🚫 NO TRADE CALL TONIGHT
Four candidates, four rejections. My only open published levels remain on $ENA . $HOME leads Binance spot and $BLESS leads Alpha — both tagged for context, neither is a recommendation, and Alpha books in particular are thin and hard to exit.
I would rather post a correction and three unlock dates than a signal I cannot defend. If you followed the earlier post, please take UTK off your list.
