Court rejects SEC appeal in Ripple case 🥳🥳🥳
A New York District Court has denied a request by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to challenge a ruling in the Ripple case, which found that the sale of XRP to retail investors does not constitute an offering of securities.
The commission failed to demonstrate that such an appeal would "significantly advance the ultimate conclusion of the litigation," the court said in a statement.
