✅ Function for Verified Merchants:
The buyer marked the order as paid…
but the money never arrived. ⚠️
For a P2P merchant, this is one of the most sensitive situations: the order is held, time is running, and there isn’t always truly a payment behind it.
📅 This week, Binance P2P shared a reminder about a tool for verified merchants:
⚡ Quick Cancellation
This feature can help when you sold cryptocurrencies on Binance P2P, the buyer marked the order as paid, but you still haven’t received the money.
🧾 According to the announcement, if you meet the requirements, the process is:
1️⃣ Wait for the countdown to end to start an appeal.
2️⃣ Select “Appeal” within the order.
3️⃣ Choose the corresponding reason.
4️⃣ If your merchant deposit covers the order amount, select Quick Cancellation.
5️⃣ Read the information and confirm the cancellation.
But there’s an important point:
🔓 For security, an amount equivalent to your merchant deposit in $USDT will remain frozen for three days.
💰 If your deposit isn’t enough, you can still file an appeal so Customer Support can review the case.
🔧 This tool shouldn’t be used without checking.
It’s for situations where the buyer truly marked it as paid and the merchant didn’t receive the money.
🧾 Clear rule:
Don’t cancel on impulse. First check your balance, evidence, and the order conditions.
❌ Quick Cancellation can help, but it must be used responsibly and only when it applies.
In P2P, acting fast matters.
But acting with evidence matters more.
⁉️ Has it ever happened that an order was marked as paid but the money never arrived?
