Arbitrum's Stylus contract size limit just quadrupled from 24KB to 96KB -- but the upgrade also quietly ships compliance-filtering plumbing most coverage is skipping past. The news: ArbOS 61 "Elara" activated Aug 20 at 17:00 UTC on both Arbitrum One and Arbitrum Nova. Beyond the 4x Stylus jump (bigger Rust/WASM smart contracts), it adds multidimensional gas pricing via a new BaseFeeManager contract, plus optional compliance filtering for Orbit (L3) chain operators -- off by default on Arbitrum One/Nova, letting chain owners plug in third-party providers like TRM Labs or Chainalysis to generate a restricted-address list. ARB is up ~5.6% in 24h, ~22.5% over the week. The catch: that compliance-filter module is a precedent, not a neutral feature -- transaction-screening plumbing is now baked directly into Arbitrum's core software stack, contested internally on the governance forum before shipping. Once the capability exists in the codebase, pressure for more Orbit chains -- and eventually, arguably, Arbitrum One itself -- to switch it on only grows. And the price move is riding a broad altcoin rally plus relief from a prior ~$7M token unlock, not confirmed developer adoption of the bigger Stylus limit; no named Orbit chain has committed to turning compliance filtering on yet. Our read: a genuinely useful technical upgrade with an unresolved governance question sitting inside it. Falsifiable watch-point: does any Orbit chain actually flip compliance filtering on, and does Stylus's bigger contract size draw real new deployments? Does baked-in, opt-in compliance tooling change how you think about Arbitrum's neutrality, or is "off by default" enough reassurance? Not financial advice. DYOR. $ARB #Arbitrum #Layer2 #CryptoNews

#Arbitrum Arbitrum's official update says that their Dynamic Pricing is now working under real congestion on the mainnet. Initial results show a reduction in gas price spikes during peak demand and a rapid normalization of fees after congestion ends. This is interesting to me, because blockchain scaling is not just about increasing throughput. How predictable transaction costs are even during busy times is also important for real adoption. $BNB $BB $B2

TradingGain-X:
Thatโ€™s an underrated part of scaling. More throughput is great, but predictable fees during congestion can matter just as much for real users. If Arbitrum can keep costs stable under pressure, thatโ€™s a meaningful improvement.

#Arbitrum I think more about it, the more I think the relationship between AI and blockchain will not be limited to just trading with AI. Arbitrum's x402 and MPP support is exactly where I find it interesting. According to Arbitrum's official update on July 8, AI agents can now do things like payment and settlement programmatically. This means that if an agent wants to take data from an API, use a service, or even work with another agent, the payment flow can also be done within the software. And in the case of MPP, a ready implementation has also been provided for payment authorization and settlement between the client and the server. Just saying "AI + crypto" here doesn't fully explain the whole thing. The real change could be an economy where software will work on its own, understand the costs, make payments, and complete the work. This is still in its early stages, but the direction seems quite interesting. $BTC $BNB $ETH

๐Ÿ“Œ Smart money is absorbing sell-side liquidity inside the 0.0840โ€“0.0879 demand block, building structural support after a clean imbalance fill. ๐Ÿ” Order flow shows sustained accumulation tailwinds as downside momentum decelerates right above our risk invalidation level.

๐Ÿ“Š With buy-side liquidity pools sitting untouched toward the 0.0970 high-efficiency target, market structure favors a clean risk-managed expansion. ๐Ÿ’ฌ Are you positioning inside this discount range or waiting for a higher-timeframe trigger? ๐Ÿ‘‡

Robinhood Chain hit a record 11.6M daily transactions this week -- and Arbitrum's treasury takes a real 10% cut of every fee generated there. The news: Robinhood Chain, the Arbitrum-Orbit L2 Robinhood launched July 1, posted record metrics this week: TVL hit $473M (+32% week-over-week), daily transactions hit 11.6M (+30% WoW). Arbitrum collects 10% of all fees generated on Robinhood Chain and every Orbit L2 -- 8% to the ARB-governed treasury, 2% to the Developer Guild -- so this growth is a real, tangible revenue driver for ARB, not just borrowed Robinhood hype. The catch: average daily active accounts rose only 3.3% WoW and remain about 11% below the mid-July peak -- existing users trading more, not new users arriving. The TVL surge is also concentrated in one source: Ethena's USDe stablecoin supply on the chain jumped from ~$17M a month ago to ~$253M, now 43% of the chain's stablecoin supply, displacing Robinhood's own USDG. A meaningful slice of DEX/NFT volume is memecoin-driven, a sentiment-dependent activity source, not diversified usage. Our read: real base-layer monetization most L2 tokens don't have, but capital parking in one yield-seeking stablecoin isn't the same as organic adoption. Falsifiable: watch whether active accounts actually grow past the July peak, or whether this stays capital rotation dressed up as growth. Does fee revenue from one concentrated source count as real adoption, or just capital finding yield? Not financial advice. DYOR. $ARB #Arbitrum #RobinhoodChain #Layer2 #DeFi
