Rohit is responsible for engineering scalable, compliant, and fast Web3 services and solutions. He has over 30 years of experience in engineering and development. Before joining Binance, Rohit spent over five years as a Corporate Vice President at Microsoft. He also served as an Engineering Director at Facebook and Google.

Patrick leads the development of Binance’s global communications and public affairs strategy. He is an accomplished corporate communications and crisis executive with deep public affairs experience. Patrick was previously the Global Head of Innovation on Edelman’s crisis and risk practice, where he spearheaded the firm’s cybersecurity and counter disinformation offerings.

Steven is an accomplished compliance executive with over 15 years of experience implementing and leading compliance programs and investigations within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Binance, Steven was with Kraken for nearly five years as the Global Head of Compliance. He spearheaded the building of the crypto assets exchange’s global compliance program.

Tigran leads the company’s efforts to prevent illicit actors from using the platform for malicious purposes. In his role, Tigran also works closely with law enforcement agencies and regulators to keep the ecosystem secure. Before joining Binance, Tigran was a Special Agent at the Internal Revenue Service-Criminal Investigations (IRS-CI) Cyber Crimes Unit in Washington, D.C. where he led several multi-billion dollar cyber investigations, including the Silk Road corruption investigations.

Matthew advances the company’s continuous efforts to keep the ecosystem secure by leading both internal and external investigations. In his role, Matthew also works closely with law enforcement agencies and regulators around the world to fight against illicit activities. Prior to Binance, Matthew served as a Special Agent with the Internal Revenue Service-Criminal Investigations (IRS-CI) Cyber Crimes Unit in Washington, D.C.

Chagri has over 18 years of experience in compliance, strategy, intergovernmental liaison and risk management. At Binance, he is responsible for ensuring that Binance meets and maintains full sanctions compliance globally. Prior to this role, Chagri led the Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions programs at Coupang. He also spent more than five years at HSBC, where he was responsible for maintaining its sanctions program.

Richard is an experienced executive with over three decades of financial services and regulatory experience. As Binance’s Regional Head of Europe & MENA, Richard leads the regional teams to foster an ecosystem of innovation and expand the crypto assets ecosystem. By working closely with policymakers, regulators, and industry players, Richard focuses on furthering the business growth in a compliant and sustainable manner.

Gleb Kostarev has extensive experience in marketing, operations, and team management. He leads the Asia market at Binance, and is a strong advocate of innovations in the crypto assets industry. Prior to Binance, he was part of well-known crypto assets and financial companies, including the audit and consulting corporation EY.

Mayur leads every aspect of the company’s product strategy, roadmap, and development. He brings to Binance nearly 20 years of experience in tech and product. Previously, Mayur served as the Vice President of Product at Agoda. He also held product management roles at Hiya and Google.
