Arbitrum is having a moment nobody saw coming a couple weeks ago.
$ARB is up close to 49% today, trading around $0.194, with volume pushing past $960M in the last 24 hours.
The real story behind this one isn't hype, it's revenue. Robinhood Chain, which is built on Arbitrum's Orbit tech, has been generating serious fees, and 10% of that chain's revenue flows back into the Arbitrum ecosystem. That's actual cash flow tied to the network, not just a narrative.
On top of that, Arbitrum just activated the ArbOS Elara upgrade, adding compliance tooling and boosting smart contract capacity for chains built on top of it, which matters if more projects want to launch the way Robinhood did.
Worth knowing before you jump in: a lot of this move is leverage. Futures volume has exploded well over 1000% in recent days and open interest keeps climbing, so shorts getting squeezed are adding fuel here too. RSI is deep into overbought, and there's a token unlock coming September 23 releasing about 139 million ARB, roughly 1.4% of supply, which could bring sellers back to the table.
Is Robinhood Chain enough to change the long term story for
$ARB , or is this mostly a leverage driven squeeze? Where do you land?
NFA. This is a volatile setup, manage risk and do your own research.
