Fellow Binancians,
To prepare for EU regulatory requirements and in accordance with local guidance, Binance Poland will gradually introduce changes to crypto withdrawal and deposit procedures.
Starting 2025-01-20, users may need to provide more information when performing crypto deposits and withdrawals on Binance.
Crypto Deposits to Binance (for transfers above €1,000 or the equivalent in other currencies): Users will be asked to provide the sender’s information when receiving funds.
Withdrawals from Binance: Users will be asked to provide the beneficiary’s information when sending any amount of crypto.
This update only affects crypto deposits and withdrawals.
Users will see a pop-up message to provide additional information on the originator or the beneficiary when performing deposits and withdrawals
You will see a pop-up message to provide additional information on the beneficiary when performing withdrawals, such as:
Full name;
Country;
Name of crypto exchange (if applicable).

You will need to go to the crypto deposit page of your Binance account and click on transactions pending credit. After that, you will see a pop-up message to provide additional information on the originator, such as:
Full name;
Country;
Name of crypto exchange (if applicable).

The transaction may be delayed or may not be processed if users do not provide the necessary information. In some cases, we may be required to return the transaction to the originator. Please ensure to provide all the required information during the deposit and withdrawal procedures.

Note: No action is required if users do not perform crypto transfers.
