中国医疗最好的地方，在于协和、北医、复交浙、华西这些头部医学院的本博八年连读+3年规培+住院医的主治们，
经历了全球一流水平的完整教育和培训，在北京上海top 10的头部医院，提供全球标准化的诊断和治疗流程服务，也只收你50一次的挂号费。
中国医疗不好的地方，在于只要往下走一个档次， 比如区域中心省会的非旗舰医院，不规范程度就开始出现，就有概率遇到不规范治疗、不规范检查、不规范诊断、不规范手术、不规范用药，
比如你在山东，齐鲁医院大概和北医协和系统差不多，再往下千佛山医院就要差一大截，
中国医疗更差的地方，在于只要你再往地级市一级找，除了北京近郊的几个全国头部顶级旗舰的分院以外，其他医院基本不会好好给你治病了。

这种医院什么影响检测核磁CT麻醉全是外包技术员，很多都是护士兼职的，或者直接就是关系户塞进来的，完全就是个草台班子。
