1. Tap [Cancel the Order] on the order page.
If you wish to cancel the order, please ensure that you have not paid the seller, or have already received a full refund from the seller. Never accept cancel requests from sellers without receiving the full refund.
If you confirm, tap [Cancel Order].
2. Select your order cancellation reason and check the box next to [I have not paid the seller / seller has agreed to refund]. Then, tap [Confirm Cancellation]. You can cancel the order for reasons related to the buyer or seller.
3. If you cancel your order due to the seller, you may need to wait for the seller to confirm the cancellation reason.
Once the seller receives the cancellation request, they must tap [Accept] within 10 minutes, or the system will automatically confirm the cancellation.
Important note:
1. Do not cancel the order if you have already paid the seller or have not received a full refund yet
2. If the order is canceled due to system timeout, the buyer's completion rate will be affected.
3. If the buyer has reached out to the seller via chat and they don't reply within 15 minutes, the buyer can cancel the order without their completion rate being affected.
4. You can only cancel up to three orders daily. Otherwise, your P2P function will be suspended, and you cannot place any more orders on that day until 24:00 UTC+0.

2. Select your reason for cancellation and click [Confirm]. You can select either buyer or seller reasons for cancellation.
3. If you cancel the order due to reasons related to the seller, they may need to confirm the cancellation reason.

1. Please do not cancel the order if you have already paid the seller or if you have not received a full refund yet.

3. If you’ve reached out to the seller and they don’t reply to the chat within 15 minutes, you can cancel the order without affecting your completion rate.
4. You can only make up to three cancellations in a day. Otherwise, your P2P functions will be suspended for a day, and you can’t place any more orders on that day until 24:00 UTC+0.
1. Navigate to [My Orders]. Under the [Pending] tab, select the order you wish to cancel. Click [Cancel Order].
2. Select your reason for the order cancellation and click [Cancel Order]. You can cancel the order for reasons related to the buyer or seller.
3. If you cancel the order for reasons related to the seller, you may need to wait for them to confirm the cancellation reason.The seller must click [Accept] within 10 minutes for the cancellation reason, or the system will automatically confirm the cancellation.
Important note:
1. If you have already paid the seller, please refrain from canceling the order.
2. Canceling the order due to a system timeout will impact the buyer's completion rate.
3. If you've contacted the seller via chat and they haven’t responded within 15 minutes, you can cancel the order without affecting your completion rate.
4. You are limited to making up to three cancellations per day. Exceeding this limit will result in the suspension of your P2P functions ,, and you won’t be able to place any more orders on that day until 24:00 UTC+0.
