It came back down and successfully retested that level turning what was previously resistance into confirmed support. That kind of retest is what separates clean breakouts from false ones and it is exactly the type of price behavior that gives traders confidence that the move has real substance behind it.
Now on top of that $ATOM is breaking out above a descending resistance line that has been capping price for some time.
