🚨 $XRP exchange reserves just dropped to a 7-year low — and the supply picture is getting interesting.

Exchange-held XRP has fallen to roughly 1.7B tokens, the lowest level in about seven years. In simple terms, there is less XRP sitting immediately available for trading on exchanges.

At the same time, spot XRP ETFs saw about $5.15M in daily outflows, although weekly flows were still positive by roughly $9.6M at the latest update.

That creates a very interesting setup:
Exchange supply ↓
ETF demand still net-positive on the week
Tradable float gets tighter

But there’s a catch: recent data also showed large-wallet inflows to Binance rising sharply, so lower aggregate reserves do not automatically guarantee a squeeze.

The trigger traders should watch is simple:
If demand accelerates while exchange reserves stay this low, $XRP could react violently.
