🤔💰 Ever wonder why your profits shrink or losses grow without price movement? It's often funding rates eating away! Funding is a small fee exchanged between long and short traders every 8 hours to keep perpetual futures prices near spot. If funding is positive (most common), longs pay shorts. If negative, shorts pay longs. Let's say you're long $10,000 BTC and the funding rate is a typical +0.01%. You pay $10,000 * 0.0001 = $1 every 8 hours. That's $3 per day! Over a week, that's $21 gone. Without you noticing, it can turn a small profit into a breakeven, or a breakeven into a loss, especially if you're holding positions for days. I ignored these costs once, and it added to my tuition fee! Always, always check the funding rate before you enter *any* position. #FundingRates #FuturesTrading #BinanceSquare #CryptoTips #TradingCosts

Post 15 | 98.84% of My Fills Were Taker Trades. How Much Was Speed Really Worth? Out of 9,938 fills in one month, only 115 were maker fills and 9,823 were taker fills. That means 98.84% of all executions actively consumed liquidity. The order records tell the same story: 1,922 of 2,025 orders were market orders, or about 94.91%. In this specific account and period, common observed rates were 0.05% for USDT-margined taker fills and 0.02% for maker fills. For USDC-margined contracts, a common taker rate was 0.04%, while some maker fills showed zero fees. These are observations from this account and period, not universal or permanent rates. But the difference is easy to see. On 10,000 USDT of notional turnover: 0.05% taker fee ≈ 5 USDT; 0.02% maker fee ≈ 2 USDT If both entry and exit are taker trades, the friction occurs twice. A market order buys immediate execution, and sometimes that speed is worth paying for. But if a strategy has no edge measured in seconds, making 98.84% of fills taker trades means automatically choosing higher friction almost every time. Use speed where speed has value; otherwise ask whether the order can rest in the book. Account-specific fee review only. Check your current rates. Not financial advice. $ZBT TRADERS OVERLOOK A QUIET PROFIT KILLER ON EVERY ENTRY 😱 The cumulative effect of spreads, slippage, and funding costs on meme coin positions is rarely factored into real R:R. Each small fee may seem negligible, but frequent leverage trades on tokens like $ZBT , $UTK , and $TRIA compound these frictions steadily. Over a week of active scalping, these invisible costs can reduce net returns meaningfully. Most order flow analysis overlooks the cost of execution itself. Are you tracking the hidden tax on your strategy? Not financial advice. Always manage your risk. #ZBT #MemeCoins #TradingCosts #HiddenFees #Crypto 🔥

$SXT TRADERS ARE LOSING MORE THAN EXPECTED BEFORE THE FIRST TRADE 🔥 The hidden cost of funding a trading account — deposit fees, card charges, and slow transfers — is eating into profitability before a single position is opened. Most traders overlook these frictions, yet they compound with every deposit and withdrawal. Volume patterns on top-tier exchanges suggest this friction is pushing traders toward assets with lower onboarding costs. $SXT , $ZBT , $TRIA are seeing increased attention as alternatives. Are you tracking your actual cost to trade? Not financial advice. Always manage your risk. #SXT #CryptoFees #TradingCosts #ZBT #TRIA 🔥
