PLTR is carving out a compelling long opportunity, with market structure break and volume confirmation aligning in its favor. The current price action is setting the stage for a potential breakout, driven by a confluence of key technical indicators. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🟢 PLTR LONG 📈 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📍 Entry Range: $116.8630 – $117.0970 🛑 Stop Loss: $113.4706 (-3.0%) 🎯 TP1: $118.7347 (+1.5%) 🏆 TP2: $122.8290 (+5.0%) ⚡ R/R Ratio: 1:1.7 📊 Confidence: 88% ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ This PLTR setup is particularly intriguing due to the combination of a market structure break, volume confirmation, and the presence of a fair value gap, all of which are suggesting a move upwards. The order block overlap with the fair value gap adds significant confluence to this trade, making the risk-reward proposition even more appealing. The chart is essentially telling a story of a stock ready to make a significant move, with these signals firing in unison. Given the 3.0% stop loss, this setup can accommodate a moderate leverage, as the risk is relatively contained, allowing for a more aggressive position sizing without overexposing the trade to potential losses. Taking partial profit at the first target makes sense, as it allows the trader to bank some profit while still letting the trade ride, potentially capturing more upside if the momentum continues to build in favor of PLTR. An old dog stared at $PLTR for the whole night—this 24-hour rally of 9.46% is kind of interesting. The price poked up to 134.91, and the trading volume instantly surged to 24.40 million U. It’s not a record volume, but it definitely isn’t something retail traders could pile up on their own. What’s most eye-catching is the funding rate string: 0.022997%. It’s positive, not wildly so—but it clearly shows longs are paying shorts. With the open interest up at 28,282 contracts, it also has its head tilted upward. When the price pops up, the funding rate turns positive—meaning the buy-the-rally orders are squeezing their way in. The old dog has seen too many structures like this: momentum can still push a bit further on inertia. But when the market is pulling up while longs are paying—then longs themselves are handing shorts chips. The core of this rally isn’t a sudden fundamental shift; it’s that the entire AI chain is being repriced by someone. Nvidia’s prior earnings cycle already priced in expectations for semiconductor hardware. Now the market is starting to spread from the hardware end into the application side. An AI data analytics company like $PLTR, which sticks close to government orders, naturally gets treated as a “software-side” catch-up play. But look at Micron and AMD—this quarter they’ve been moving sideways and bleeding valuation. Money is clearly rotating within the sector, not chasing an incremental bull move; it’s more like moving inventory. $PLTR leads the pack, but this kind of solo acceleration—without a hardware kingpin lifting the car—more easily becomes a concentrated release of short-term sentiment. Without Nvidia making fresh highs as backing, one hand can’t clap. Back in November last year, there was a similar two-week spike of about 30%. At that time, the funding rate surged to around 0.05%. After a new OI high, within three days it gave back about half. The longs who got trapped at the top had to spend the next two weeks begging to get back to even. History won’t repeat exactly, but the rhythm is similar. So the old dog won’t chase. With a positive funding rate combined with a strong bullish candle structure, I’ve drawn two red lines. If the four-hour close drops below 130, it means the chasing-long force has burned out—I’ll cut out most of the position, keeping only a starter position to watch the gate pattern. On the other hand, if tomorrow can hold steady at 138 with volume, and the funding rate doesn’t fall back below 0.01%, then this move might not be just simple rotation. It could mean main force is defending the market. I’d add another layer of exposure—but only up to half. The market is all shouting “AI applications, the first year,” and yet I think it’s too unanimous. When everyone believes $PLTR is the train that you must get on, the power that’s betting against the crowd is hidden in that thin sliver of positive numbers in the funding rate. I’d rather make less on the first leg than be the one who pays last—and gets hit. The last time I got harvested was in this exact kind of structure. Back then it was also a positive funding rate plus a streak of rising candles. I thought the trend wasn’t finished and stubbornly held on for three days—turns out a single needle moved me right through my stop-loss line without triggering it. PLTR—This old dog has been watching this car for two weeks, and today it finally delivered a decent-looking bullish candle. In the last 24 hours it’s up 9.626%, the price is pushed up to around 131, and 29.46 million shares have traded—volume looks quite heavy. The weird part is that the funding rate is only 0.002789%, nearly zero and positive. The longs are pushing the price while paying only a tiny amount of overnight fees—this structure is more intriguing than a straightforward FOMO-style pull-up with a higher positive funding rate. Usually when it’s up nearly 10%, the funding rate should have already climbed above 0.01%. Instead, the order book looks like a spot-driven move not overly constrained or exaggerated by over-leveraged contract funding. The old dog also pulled out the OI figure 37226 and weighed it: the absolute volume isn’t crowded in the U.S.-listed mapping stocks sector. That suggests many contract traders are still watching from the shore, not yet pouring their positions in. This kind of move is classic: spot leads first, contracts hesitate. The financing side hasn’t yet formed a real force, so the price is lifted by solid buy orders, making the short-term momentum more sustainable. But the twist is exactly here—once contract funding “wakes up” later, the funding rate could jump quickly from 0.0028% to much higher levels. Then long costs would surge, and a squeeze becomes easier to trigger from above. The old dog has seen this too many times: price rises, funding rate drags along without moving much; then a later wave of inflow pushes the funding rate up, and the price actually softens. Right now this window paper hasn’t been torn yet, so it’s still a stage that can be followed—but you’ve got to keep a string tied in your mind. On the risk levels: the 130 psychological number has already been reclaimed/held. The next battle zone is around 138–140. That area is a supply zone that wasn’t truly broken last quarter. If the contract funding rate heats up in sync, it’s highly likely there’ll be a pullback to test support around 120. The old dog’s own plan is simple and direct: follow with a small position, and the base risk won’t exceed three tenths of my usual U.S.-mapped stock contract position size. As long as 125 doesn’t break, I’ll let profits run; near 128 I’ll take some partial profits. If during the session I see the funding rate suddenly double and spike to 0.008% or even higher—even if the price is still charging—I’ll cut half first. I won’t fight crowded longs for the very last bite of the move. This approach goes against market sentiment: most people see strength and chase, but I trust this old partner—funding rate—to sound the warning. Last round, near the 90-buck area, I shorted PLTR once—then a squeeze move taught me a lesson. I ended up losing, and for the rest of that month I basically worked for nothing.

$PLTR today rallied 10 points, pushing the price up to around 147. This move comes right after the Department of Defense dropped news about accelerating the AI arms budget, such timing is too coincidental. Over the last 24 hours, trading volume surged to over 20 million, with open interest stacking up around 22,000 and showing no signs of letting go. The funding rate is a light 0.00004, indicating that long positions are still in the early accumulation phase, and we haven't reached the point of mutual liquidation yet. Trump just announced plans to bolster missile defense systems in Alaska, and the military-industrial complex loves this kind of news. Trade tag: #BinanceFutures #TradFi #USDⓈM #PLTR #PLTRUSDT $PLTR

The bullish consensus on PLTR has become quite glaring. It's up 11% in the last 24 hours to 155.6, and the funding rate at 0.00004179 is still positive, meaning the bulls are paying the bears, but that rate is so thin it’s nearly negligible. This suggests that the real consensus positions haven't really entered the market; most of the calls being made are just chatter. Open Interest is only at 27k, which isn’t enough volume to hold the 155 price level. That group of big players on X has been flipping bullish in a synchronized manner lately; the last time I saw such a coordinated narrative was during last year's fake breakout. PLTR just shot up 11 points, pushing the price to 155.93, with a volume of 34 million, making some noise. Oddly enough, the funding is only 0.00003895, barely charging anything, indicating this isn’t a bull run but rather bears holding their ground. OI is at 27,000, with the volume right there, and short positions got burned by a strong green candlestick. This kind of rise combined with almost zero funding is a classic slow squeeze. Bears aren’t giving up but are already paying invisible protection fees, getting peeled back every 4 hours. Trade Tags: #BinanceFutures #TradFi #USDⓈM #PLTR #PLTRUSDT $PLTR

$PLTR pumped up 12.88 points, now sitting at $156, with OI stacking up to 25245. The market is pricing in a potential loosening of government procurement after Trump's re-election, benefiting companies like Palantir that rely on government contracts. However, the funding rate is only 0.000055, which means the bulls are getting a free ride. This indicates that the people jumping in now aren’t contract traders but rather spot investors pushing the limits. This structure is a lot healthier than a crowded high funding situation, but it also means that once sentiment turns, there’s no liquidation brake underneath. $PLTR just shot up to 156.5 today, an 8.85% gain looks fierce, but the order book structure is quite interesting. The funding rate is only 0.00016758, so the cash the bulls are paying is practically negligible. OI is at 25635, and there's no explosive volume; those chasing long positions at this level aren't overly enthusiastic. This kind of rise is a classic short stop-loss push, not the bulls aggressively adding to their stacks. It's a price increase with a positive funding rate, but the rate is super low, keeping the bulls' costs light while the shorts are slowly getting squeezed, not your typical crowded top with a funding rate maxed out. PLTR is currently at 156.62, up 8 points in the last 24 hours. Trump is back at it again, talking about cutting defense waste, but this stock actually surged even more. Open interest shot up to 24897, indicating that some traders are betting that military tech won't really take a hit. Money flowing in isn't just about stories; it's about real bets. I've learned my lesson. Last time Trump called for budget cuts, I rushed to short, and PLTR rallied 15 points in two weeks. Political noise doesn't affect these contracts in a linear way; the panic that creates a dip is often where the smart money picks up the goods.
