B2 Network was hacked: 8.591 million B2 tokens were swapped for 5,409 WBNB, worth about $3.86 million. The attacker then moved funds to Ethereum and is now transferring to Zcash via NEAR Intents.

What’s really glaring isn’t the stolen $3.86 million—it’s that the attacker didn’t linger. They dumped B2 for mainstream assets, then fled to a privacy chain. The route is very seasoned.

This shows two things: 1) There’s enough liquidity on the B2 chain to be drained in a single sweep and complete the escape; 2) The attacker is deliberate about tracking noise and on-chain visibility—first diluting with WBNB, then entering Zcash to sever the trail.
