SENIAT removed the obligation to certify billing information systems Certification of the fiscal machines and billing information systems meant that the taxpayer had to ensure that their software and hardware strictly complied with the technical standards required by SENIAT. “By listening to all sectors, their proposals and needs, we consider repealing the previous regulation that required certification of information systems to generate invoices, thereby removing a technical barrier that could make access to the formalization process more difficult.” This was stated by the superintendent of the National Integrated Service of Customs and Tax Administration (SENIAT), Román Maniglia, on his Instagram account. Certification of the fiscal machines and billing information systems meant that the taxpayer had to ensure that their software and hardware strictly complied with the technical standards required by SENIAT in order to issue documents with full legal validity. Under Ruling SNAT/2026/00084, SENIAT had already eased this burden by repealing the strict prior regulation (Ruling 0121), in order to eliminate complex procedures for developers and reduce the costs of adaptation and uncertainty for companies. #venezuela #caracasvenezuela #regulacion #Caracas #Venezuela2026 $BTC $ETH $XTZ

🇺🇸The United States welcomes with satisfaction the statements made on August 1 by the National Assembly of Venezuela in 2015, headed by Dinorah Figuera, and by the interim government. We support the start of efforts led by Venezuelans themselves to address the urgent needs of the people affected by the earthquakes of June 24, strengthen democratic institutions, expand political freedoms, and promote a more stable and prosperous future for the Venezuelan people. This process contributes significantly to the three-phase plan that the United States supports to achieve stabilization, economic recovery, and political reconciliation, as well as a transition to democratic elections. We are confident that this work can generate tangible results for Venezuelans. #venezuela #EEUU #EstadosUnidos #caracasvenezuela #Caracas $BTC $ETH $XRP
