Have the AI check the funding rate; let it place orders with leverage directly, and I’ll add an extra confirmation step. A realistic, executable scenario is: when researching ETH perpetuals, first let Codex use Agent Skills (@grvt_io ) via the market skills to read the mark price, order book, candlesticks, and funding rate, and generate a pre-trade checklist; then, after obtaining account permissions, check available balance, positions, and unrealized PnL. Only when the risk conditions are met will it generate the limit order and stop-loss plan—the live execution is still confirmed by me.

GRVT’s official open-source Skills cover Market Data, Account Management, and Perpetual Trading: public market data does not require an API Key, while account and trading functions do require a Trading API Key. The smoother the capability, the clearer the permission boundaries must be.

I’ll first run it on testnet, configure only the minimum permissions needed to complete the task, and never paste private keys or .env contents into public chats. What natural language lowers is the operational barrier, not the leverage, slippage, and liquidation risks.
