$586 million. Avalanche's DeFi locked that in on November 2, up 10% in a day — yet I see $AVAX ending the window near where it started.

One footnote: DefiLlama puts the C-chain at about $580 million into November 3, holding the step, not giving it back. The jump looks like lending deposits, not broad capital returning, and the Aave V4 deposit figure itself is disputed — the project says $125 million, DefiLlama shows about $86 million.

My 4H chart tells the same flat story: lower highs from the October 23 top near $9.35, a flush toward $8.00 on October 30, and now $AVAX near $8.55, chopping between $8.27 and $8.73 after a spike above the range faded.

I am reading it as a range, not a trend: a 4-hour close under $8.27 unwinds this setup, and a close over $8.73 reopens the ground above it.

November 4's DefiLlama close settles it: above $570 million the step is sticky, under $540 million it is reversing — which prints?

Not financial advice. DYOR.
