Two years later, the plan on the table is a permissioned network.
Back then the chain held about $585M, per DefiLlama, peaking five days before the airdrop. Today it holds about $7.4M.

The numbers (Tokenomist + RootData cross-checked):

Percentages tell a different story: 97M SCR is ~51% of the token's entire circulating supply (190M, per Tokenomist), the largest relative release on the whole October calendar.
Why it matters: at $0.0217 (-2.3% today) and a ~$4M market cap, this is one of the thinnest markets facing one of the fattest relative unlocks. Even partial selling of a 51% supply event moves the book hard.
