🚨 HYPE HAS TWO BIG DATES INCOMING

Hyperliquid just confirmed its annual event for October 5 in Singapore, during Token2049 week.

But there’s another important date before that.

Hyperliquid’s official announcements say the first AQAv2 reserve-yield payment is scheduled for October 3. The system routes a share of stablecoin reserve-yield revenue to the Assistance Fund, adding another mechanism tied to the protocol’s token economics.

And on the supply side, Hyperliquid Labs is currently unstaking 3.75M HYPE for an OTC transaction with one institutional buyer. The buyer and deal terms have not been disclosed.

So the next few days could bring several important HYPE developments.

Ce bras politique du leader des exchanges décentralisés de contrats perpétuels signe ainsi son premier dossier réglementaire hors des États-Unis.
Sa demande tient en peu de mots. HPC mise sur les textes en vigueur et sur les lignes directrices de l’ESMA (l’autorité européenne des marchés financiers). Pas question, donc, d’écrire un régime inédit pour les dérivés crypto.

Points clés

Le Hyperliquid Policy Center a signé sa première réponse réglementaire hors des États-Unis.

Les contrats perpétuels resteraient encadrés par les textes financiers existants, sans nouvelle loi.

Pas question de leur appliquer les règles des CFD et leur levier bridé à 2:1.

Il réclame la fin des déclarations en doublon des données onchain et l’accès aux carnets internationaux.

Pleinement applicable depuis le 30 décembre 2024, MiCA laisse volontairement les produits dérivés hors de son champ. Or les contrats perpétuels (des contrats à terme sans échéance) font le cœur de métier d’Hyperliquid. Ils relèvent par conséquent de MiFID II, la directive européenne sur les marchés d’instruments financier.
