DuskEVM + Hedger: An Underrated Part of the Dusk Thesis.

I’ve been digging into the Dusk project, and DuskEVM is one of those pieces that deserves more attention.

The obvious Dusk narrative is privacy + compliance. But from a crypto research angle, the EVM layer is interesting because it lowers the friction for developers already familiar with Ethereum tooling.

Then you have Hedger, which adds another important piece by helping connect Dusk with external assets and liquidity.

That combination makes the Dusk thesis bigger than just “a privacy chain.”
The real question for me is whether Dusk can turn EVM accessibility, privacy, compliance, and fast settlement into actual onchain financial activity.
