#dusk $DUSK @Dusk Privacy in Finance: Why I Find Dusk Interesting
The more I try to understand Finance and Blockchain, the more one question keeps coming to my mind: does transparency in finance really mean that everything should be visible to everyone?
For example, if I make a financial deal with a business, the other side needs to verify that the transaction is valid. But that doesn’t mean my complete financial details need to be visible to everyone. This is where I find Dusk’s approach interesting.
Dusk is a privacy-focused Layer-1 blockchain working to bring privacy and verification together for financial applications. Its Confidential Security Contracts and confidential smart contracts are part of this approach. The idea is not simply to hide information, but to keep verification possible when it is actually needed.
For me, that difference matters. Maybe the future of financial blockchain is not about hiding everything or showing everything. It could be about deciding what information should be shared, with whom, and when.
So what do you think: could controlled privacy become more useful than complete transparency in the future of finance?
This post is based on my personal research and analysis. I would highly appreciate it if you could leave your comments and feedback below."

#dusk $DUSK @Dusk 🔒 Crypto Privacy: A Personal JourneyUnfortunately, I used to constantly worry whether my personal funds and information on the internet were truly secure. Even if they were safe, just how safe were they? Then, I started researching the crypto market. After reading up on a lot of concepts, I now realize that Dusk Network brings a remarkably simple and secure system to the crypto world.💡 The Shopkeeper and the Wallet: A Simple ExampleThink of it like a real-life retail experience: when we pay a shopkeeper, they only care about the money for the item. They cannot peek inside our physical wallet to see our remaining cash or check our bank balance. This is exactly how I noticed @Dusk operates—keeping every transaction hidden from the public eye so that no one can pry into my personal funds.✨ How I Benefited:Peace of Mind: Ever since my hard-earned money became this secure, I have felt completely at ease. The Best Solution: If you also want to manage your digital assets without any underlying fear, I highly recommend $DUSK token as the ultimate solution.💬 A Quick Question for You:In your opinion, should every crypto transaction have this level of privacy to keep everyone's money safe? #dusk $DUSK @Dusk While reading about Dusk, I stopped at one point because I found what happens after identity verification more interesting than the verification itself.
With Citadel 2, a user can prove that they have a valid credential without revealing all their personal information or the actual credential being used. But having a valid proof is not the final decision. The service provider still decides which credential issuers it trusts, which claims it accepts, and whether that permission has expired or been revoked.
That made me notice an important difference: proving identity and getting financial permission are two different things.
For example, an investor may prove that they are eligible for a specific asset. But that still does not answer whether they can hold it, transfer it, or under what conditions they can do so. Dusk’s financial documentation also treats eligibility, transfer restrictions, identity, and access as separate requirements.
That is where my main question came up: if identity only proves that I am eligible, who should have the real authority to decide what I am allowed to do?
I now want to look deeper into how Dusk connects identity, assets, and transfer rules in real financial use cases.
Because in finance, “Who are you?” may only be the first question.
The bigger question is: What are you actually allowed to do because of that identity?
#termmax @TermMax Researching project myself and writing in my own words. I found Term Structure’s Physical Delivery Model quite interesting at first because it reduces the need for traditional liquidators. But when I looked at the mechanism more closely, one question came to my mind: what actually happens if the market crashes badly and the liquidity of the collateral token almost disappears?
Let’s say there are no buyers willing to buy that token at that time. In that situation, selling the collateral in the market would not be easy. The collateral could then end up in the lenders’ hands. So, in my view, the risk is not really gone. It has simply moved from one place to another. Before, the problem was mainly with the liquidator or the system. Now, the lender can end up taking that risk.
That’s why I see Physical Delivery as an interesting mechanism, but I would not consider it a safety guarantee. If I put money into any pool, I would first look at the collateral, LLTV, and the actual market liquidity of that token. Because when the market freezes, having a good mechanism is not enough. The collateral also needs to have real liquidity. That’s the point I don’t think should be ignored. @TermMax $BNB
#termmax @TermMax Honestly, I’ve been watching the crypto market for some time, and I’ll be honest, seeing the prices go up and down every day gets tiring. That’s how I came across the TermMax Booster Campaign on Binance Wallet. I checked it out a little and liked the idea of fixed rates. With TermMax, you can borrow and lend crypto at a fixed rate. I found that pretty interesting because you already know the rate beforehand, so you don’t have to worry as much about sudden changes in the market.
The rewards also caught my attention. There is a 2,000,000 TMX token pool for the campaign, plus another 300,000 TMX pool for Binance Square. I’m still learning more about TermMax myself, so I want to see how this project goes. Have you heard about TermMax before, or are you seeing it for the first time?@TermMax $BNB
At first, I thought lending in crypto was pretty simple. I used to think you just put your money on a platform, earn some profit, and take your money back whenever you need it. But the more I read about TermMax and tried to understand how it works, the more I realized that I was looking at it in a very simple way before. It uses a fixed rate system, which means you already know how long your money will be locked and what kind of return you will get. I actually liked this part because you don't have to keep watching the market rates going up and down all the time. But at the same time, one question came to my mind: what happens if I suddenly need my money before the term ends?
That question is what made me look more closely at TermMax V2 and its Smart Unwind feature. In my opinion, this is the part that deserves more attention, because knowing how much profit you will get at the end is not enough. For me, it is also important to know what happens if things change or I suddenly need my money. The more I researched TermMax, the more I understood that the benefit of fixed rates is one thing, but liquidity is also very important. I wouldn't say that TermMax has completely solved this problem yet. My opinion right now is that the idea is interesting, but the real test will be seeing how well Smart Unwind actually works in practice over time.@TermMax $BNB
