ZEC Price Analysis: Zec Holds 60% Weekly Gains Despite Facing Key Level, More Buys or Sell?

📍ZEC continued to show signs of strength after posting triple-digit gains in two months.

📍It currently faces a key level following a slight rejection in the mid-week.

ZEC's bears are currently in disbelief of the latest buying actions after losing control of the market in late first quarter of the year.

This came due to low supply and the sellers failed to sustain pressure below the $190 level during the overall #crypto selling phase. The odds have changed!

As a matter of fact, the buyers have regained control and the overall market structure is now looking super bullish across major timeframes following a back-to-back price recovery over the past weeks.

The reocovery was triggered by an increasing demand daily as it reached a local top at the $607 level on Wednesday. 

Unfortunately, ZEC could not sustain buying above this level due to low pressure from the bulls’ side.

Nonetheless, there still hope for more upside movement as the momentum remains strongly bullish on the macro-outlook.

A weekly close above the psychological $600 level should the market up for a bigger recovery in the coming week.

That said, it is important to note that the price recovery came as a result of recent jump in Bitcoin’s price, and as we can see across the crypto market, most large cap altcoins like #Binance BNB, #solana SOL and #TON are following suit.

ZEC KEY LEVEL ON THE WEEKLY🎯

Due to the recent slight rejection at the $607 level – now marked as weekly resistance – the next closest target level for the bulls is $650, followed by the $750 resistance level, marked as the new all-time high during last year rally.

A break there should set the price to a new high📈.

While the $190-$200 area is considered a major support zone for #ZECUSDT on the weekly chart, the closest support level to watch for a drop is $394 in case of a drop.

Failure to rebound there may trigger more slides to the $300 and $260 price levels📉.
