Two weeks of copy-trading Hyperliquid swing traders on Binance Futures. Honest numbers, no cherry-picking.

📈 +31.1 % in 15 days ($4,593 → $6,021) on the demo account.
📉 Max drawdown −15.8 %. Yes, we spent most of the time below the peak.

What the machine actually did:
• watched 56 wallets, kept 28 (scalpers and HFT bots got kicked — they only feed the exchange fees);
• processed 13,295 master fills → executed 4,190 orders, skipped 9,053 by rules (foreign positions, minimum size, caps);
• traded 134 pairs, 131 legs still open;
• fees paid: $106. Slippage vs master price: ~$424. Friction is the real enemy, not the market.

The uncomfortable part: only 44 % of closed legs were winners. Average win +$34, average loss −$11. Payoff 3:1 is what carries the curve — not a high hit rate.

Lessons that surprised us:
1. Masters don't flip on crashes. When BTC dropped 2 %+, their net exposure barely moved. No stop-losses in the pool.
2. The drawdown comes from 3–4 masters holding long BTC/ETH/AAVE, not from "the market".
3. Hedging beta would have cut returns by 40 % for almost no drawdown relief. We didn't.

Today the same engine went live with real money. Every new signal, every close (wins and losses) will be posted here as it happens, plus a daily scoreboard.
