MoneyGram 9 月 10 日推出由稳定币支撑的 Visa 卡，先在哥伦比亚落地，合作方包括 Rain。用户可以把余额停在接近美元的形式上，出门按 Visa 刷，也能在网点取现。它不是给交易员玩的新币，是给汇款和出门消费用的。全球有大量人没有好用的美元账户，但有汇款点。
