Binance support never ask you to send money to any address for any reason. If someone asks you to do this, he is trying to scam you and you should  ignore him. Report these users to an administrator using private message function.

Binance Support representatives are not involved in chats with users using private messages. Our team will never ask you to reveal your sensitive information, such as account email address, password or 2FA backup key.

If you’ve experienced a problem or issue, Binance Staff, Binance Support team members or one of the Binance Angels might suggest you to submit a support ticket or chat with the Support Team through chat feature. Chat is currently available on our Binance mobile app for iOS and Android and also on our official website https://www.binance.com
