Binance Will Support the ORDI (ORDI) and BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) Network Upgrades & Hard Forks

Fellow Binancians,

Binance will support the ORDI (ORDI) and BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network upgrades and hard forks to ensure the best user experience.

  • The ORDI (ORDI) network upgrade and hard fork will take place at the block height of 824,544, or approximately at 2024-01-06 04:00 (UTC). Binance will suspend the deposits and withdrawals of token(s) on the ORDI (ORDI) network starting from approximately 2024-01-06 03:50 (UTC).

  • In preparation for the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network upgrade and hard fork, Binance will perform wallet maintenance for BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) at 2024-01-08 06:00 (UTC). To support the wallet maintenance, deposits and withdrawals on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) will be suspended starting from 2024-01-08 05:55 (UTC). The maintenance will take about two hours.

  • The BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network upgrade and hard fork will take place at 2024-01-23 08:00 (UTC). Binance will suspend the deposits and withdrawals of token(s) on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) starting from approximately 2024-01-23 07:50 (UTC).

Please note:

  • The trading of token(s) on the aforementioned networks will not be impacted.

  • Binance will handle all technical requirements involved for all users.

  • Deposits and withdrawals for token(s) on the aforementioned networks will be reopened once the upgraded networks are deemed to be stable. No further announcement will be posted.
