Promotion A: Auto-Invest Referral Offer

Promotion Period: 2022-08-23 10:30 (UTC) to 2022-12-31 23:59 (UTC)

During the promotion period, all users who invite their friends to purchase crypto via Auto-Invest by sharing their Standard Referral Link/ID or Lite Referral Link/ID and ensure that the referrals make their first Auto-Invest trade, will qualify for this promotion along with their referrals. Both the eligible referrer and the eligible referral will receive up to 4x commission on Auto-Invest trading fees for trades completed by the referral during the promotion period. 

There is no limit to the number of friends that each user can refer to Binance during the promotion period. 

Auto-Invest Commission Structure:

• Commission earned by both the eligible referrer and referral per Auto-Invest trade completed by the referral
  = (Commission rate during the Promotion Period * Auto-Invest trading fee) 
  = 40% * 0.2% 
  = 0.08% 

Please Note:

• With the new Auto-Invest Referral Offer, eligible users can now enjoy additional commission rewards when their referrals complete trades with Auto-Invest, on top of the commission rewards from the Standard Referral Program or Lite Referral Program.
• Existing referred users who have not used Auto-Invest before the promotion may qualify for up to 4x commission on their trades via Auto-Invest during the promotion period by simply clicking on the "Join Promotion" button on the activity page and making their first Auto-Invest purchase.

Comparison Between Auto-Invest Referral Offer & Standard Referral Program:

* Assuming that the 20% Standard Referral Program commission rate for spot trades is for referrers only, referrers will receive an Effective Referral Commission of 0.02% for spot trades, since spot trading fees are set at 0.1% for regular users. This percentage may differ, depending on whether the referrer has joined the Binance Affiliate Program, and whether the referrer has allocated any spot trading fee commission to the referral. 

Example of Calculation for Effective Referral Commission: 

• A user refers a friend to Binance, who purchases $10,000 worth of crypto via Auto-Invest during the promotion period. Both the referrer and referral receive 0.08% Effective Referral Commission, or 8 BUSD. 
• The same friend purchases $10,000 worth of crypto via the Spot Market. If the referrer is qualified for 20% commission rate, the referrer will receive 0.02% Effective Referral Commission, or 2 BUSD.
• In total, the referrer receives 10 BUSD and the referral receives 8 BUSD.

Promotion B: Auto-Invest Early Bird Referral Offer - Receive 10 BUSD in Token Vouchers

Promotion Period: 2022-08-23 10:30 (UTC) to 2022-09-10 23:59 (UTC)

To further celebrate the launch of our new Auto-Invest Referral Offer, early participants will stand a chance to each receive 10 BUSD in token vouchers while inviting their friends to Binance. 

During the promotion period, the first 1,000 users who successfully refer at least three friends to Binance and ensure that their referrals purchase at least 20 BUSD or 20 USDT worth of crypto via Auto-Invest, will be eligible to each receive a 10 BUSD token voucher.

How to Get Started

Terms & Conditions

• Both the referrer and the referred user must complete KYC during the promotion period for any party to unlock the corresponding rewards.
• Users must click the [Join Promotion] button on this page to successfully participate in the promotion.
• The commission rewards from the Auto-Invest Referral Offer is on top of that from existing referral programs. The Auto-Invest Referral Offer does not impact existing referral programs.
• Auto-Invest purchases can be done using either the single Auto-Invest plan or the portfolio Auto-Invest plan.
• Promotion A:
  • Rewards of Promotion A will be distributed in BUSD for both BUSD and USDT Auto-Invest purchases. USDT purchases are converted to BUSD with a 1:1 ratio.
  • Rewards for Promotion A will be distributed on a monthly basis, before the 15th of each month during the promotion period.
  • Users will be able to see their rewards by selecting the Account Center > Wallet > Distribution.
• Promotion B:
  • The rewards for Promotion B are on a first-come, first-served basis and a maximum of 1,000 eligible participants will each receive a 10 BUSD token voucher. Each referral needs to purchase at least 20 BUSD or 20 USDT worth of crypto via Auto-Invest during the promotion period for referrers to qualify for rewards.
  • Rewards for Promotion B will be distributed 14 days after the activity ends.
  • You will be able to log in and redeem your voucher via Account > Reward Center.
  • The validity period for the voucher is set at 14 days from the day of distribution. Learn how to redeem a voucher.
• Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants showing signs of fraudulent behavior immediately.
• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Promotion Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Promotion, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
