Crypto tại Việt Nam đang dần có khung pháp lý rõ ràng hơn, và từ 01/09/2026, Nghị định 284/2026/NĐ-CP về xử phạt trong lĩnh vực tài sản mã hóa sẽ chính thức có hiệu lực.
Theo mình, đây cũng là lúc người dùng P2P cần quan tâm đến một rủi ro lớn hơn chuyện mua USDT đắt hay rẻ vài chục đồng:
⚠️ NGUỒN TIỀN MÌNH NHẬN ĐƯỢC ĐẾN TỪ ĐÂU?
Tội phạm có thể sử dụng tài khoản ngân hàng trung gian để lừa đảo, đánh bạc hoặc rửa tiền. Vì vậy khi bán USDT P2P, nhận một khoản tiền từ tài khoản không rõ nguồn gốc hoặc từ người thứ ba có thể tạo ra rất nhiều rắc rối.
Checklist của mình khi dùng Binance P2P:
✅ Ưu tiên đối tác có lịch sử giao dịch tốt
✅ Tên người chuyển tiền phải được kiểm tra kỹ
✅ Không nhận/chuyển tiền hộ người lạ
✅ Không giao dịch ngoài nền tảng
✅ Chỉ Release crypto khi tiền THỰC SỰ đã vào tài khoản
✅ Có bất thường → giữ bằng chứng và Appeal ngay
P2P không đáng sợ.
Thứ đáng sợ là giao dịch P2P mà không biết mình đang giao dịch với ai và dòng tiền đến từ đâu.
Khi Việt Nam ngày càng hoàn thiện luật về tài sản mã hóa, mình nghĩ “P2P an toàn” sẽ không còn chỉ là bảo vệ tiền — mà còn là bảo vệ chính tài khoản ngân hàng và bản thân mình.

One thing I noticed after many GameFi seasons: a lot of tokens get strongly hyped when they first get listed, and then there are still periods where the price drops very deeply.
But a price drop doesn’t mean there’s no opportunity left.
NXPC is an example I’m currently tracking. I entered a SHORT around 0.2473, and at the time of taking this screenshot, the position is up +97 USDT.
👉 For traders, what matters isn’t whether the market goes up or down—it’s recognizing the trend and managing risk.
Leverage can increase profits, but it can also cause losses very quickly, so this is only personal trading sharing, NOT a Short signal.
And even before trading, I always prioritize protecting capital by buying USDT via P2P:
✅ Choose a reputable counterparty
✅ Don’t trade outside Binance
✅ When selling crypto, only release after checking that the money HAS BEEN received in your account
The market always has opportunities—but keeping your capital is what helps us stay long enough to catch the next one.
