According to ChainCatcher, the Mt Gox recovery trustee said in a letter today that the registration for selecting repayment methods and registering payee information has ended on April 6. In the future, recovery creditors will not be able to make or change selections and registrations unless they obtain explicit approval from the recovery trustee.
The Recovery Trustee will make the necessary preparations for repayment, including confirming the selection and registration of recovery creditors, and discussing and sharing information with banks, money transfer providers and cryptocurrency exchanges or custodians involved in repayment. Given this, it is expected that repayments will take some time to commence.
The basic repayment, mid-term repayment and early lump sum repayment are currently scheduled to be completed by October 31, 2023, but the specific repayment time has not yet been determined, but it is likely to be extended with the permission of the court. (Source link)
