Tokenizing assets often sounds simpler than it really is.

You could say:
“Take a traditional asset → create a token → done.”
But the most interesting part starts after the token is created.
Who is entitled to the economic outcome from the asset?
How are corporate events handled?
How does accounting work?
How is consistency ensured between the digital representation and the underlying asset?

So the real value of tokenization isn’t that we just see a familiar asset in a blockchain wallet.
The value lies in the ability to rework part of the infrastructure around this asset.
A token is only an interface. The infrastructure under it is much more important.
